I came into contact with them at the Home and Garden Show in Phoenix. I had them come to my house and they gave me a home demo. I decided to go ahead and buy the product. They came out and installed it. I thought it was a good product. I started having problems with the window at the very beginning and I still have a problem with the window. The problem I have is the locking mechanism was defective. I told them and they came back out to fix it but it's a defective product so it won't get fixed until the product is changed. They said they would come in 2009 to fix it. The product has a 50 year warranty. They told me if I get a crack or it brakes they would come out and fix it. They never came and changed the window out. The installation appeared to be ok but I had a lot of bad stucco damage and paint damage. They patched up the damage but never painted it and it looks bad. I haven't tried to contact them since 2009 when they were supposed to come and didn't. To this day the original integrity of the window and of the house is not like it was before. They didn't try to replace it or make me satisfied as a customer. Since it's been installed it moves, shifts, whines and has water come in. The owner came out and he claimed that I shouldn?t have any more problems but the window unlocks as soon as the wind starts picking up. The day they were doing the install the installer was getting very physical with the window using crow bars. It looked more like a demolition instead of an install. The stucco was getting damage and the paint was getting damaged. I asked the man how long he had been with the company he said he?d only been with them 1 month. The windows that came with my house are not as expensive. I had sunscreens in 1996 and they are all still there and not peeling. The sunscreens I had put on this window is already peeling. I would have been better to just leave the original cracked window in the front room.

Very well I had hoped slider screen wouldn' the a problem. A couple of window the screens are impossible to get off the window stay the temperature of the house inside. Hurray I can open blinds and enjoy my views. Even though insurance an alarm companies don't recognize I think much more secure. It was very fast and clean up was excellent. It was a lot of money but high value at apprisal of house they added value. I believe utilitieswent down. Hard to quantity as I travel a lot. And turn AC & heat off.

The crew of 2 installation carpenters arrived very early in the morning as scheduled. They immediately set about to removing the old doors and frames, and preparing the openings for the new frames. The new frames were carefully installed.
The new steel doors were installed into and carefully aligned with the new frames, and new lock hardware was installed, aligned and tested for smooth operation.
The doors were tested to swing freely, latch securely, and align perfectly with the new frames. Each frame is equipped with a very flexible magnetic seal, just like a refrigerator door, and when the steel door gets close to the gaskets, it "sucks" in with a satisfying clunk and closes like a vault.
The doors came pre-finished inside and out in a very shiny and tough coating that looks and feels like powder coat, in colors I chose when ordering them. They also have the glass I ordered installed in very solid frames.
I have lived with these doors for over 2 years by now and, aside from lubricating the hinges, I have had nothing to do but enjoy the way they fit, swing, and seal. I picked this company because they previously replaced all the windows in my house, and did a fantastic job on that also. Their prices are a little high, but they are a cut above the typical quality, so probably worth it.

The windows still hold up so they were fine. I spent $9000 for the windows. They did what I expected thm to do for that kind of money for those sized windows.

We ordered double pane windows for about $3500 but the ones we ordered were not available. Another salesman (from a different window seller) also came and gave us an estimate When the owner came and measured, he offered the triple pane windows for $5000, top of the line, no better available, so we took them as an investment. He gave us the Home Show discount. They look and work awesome. We ordered in November and once they arrived, we scheduled for January 30. Installers were on time and did a great job installing. They look and work great. I found Triple Pane Systems at the Home Show at the Arizona State Fair grounds.

The work was done very professionally. They came on time and stayed until it was completed. We love the doors. Highly recommend these folks if you have doors to replace.
