I go there a lot because they are very reasonable on oil changes. I make an appointment for service, otherwise I am there for four or five hours. When I make an appointment I normally get in within a half-hour and it takes about an hour for the oil change; that's reasonable. I normally stay right there until they get it done and then I go back home. Most of the people are very nice, but they always find something else on my car that needs to be worked on. Sands keeps trying to put a transmission seal on for me, but the transmission is not leaking. They want to make the extra money, that's why they make the oil changes so cheap.

Very slow process at this dealership. My time is valuable. Even if the oil change is only 8.88 why would it take 3 1/2 hours to perform it. Will not return even for a free one again.

I go to Sands Chevrolet and I have done for years. They do very good servicing work too. They have special deals every so often where you can get the oil change and some other stuff done for a very reasonable price. They are very courteous and very prompt. You don't have long wait without car service.

Their service department is excellent. I am very happy with them. The thing I appreciate the most is that they always get you to work on time. When the work is done, it's done right. You don't have to bring it back. If there is something else that you didn't discuss they would always call you before they would do something. And it's always done on time, when they said it would be done.

Don't get your car fixed there!!!

The manager sold us the truck. The truck was perfect for what we needed, I just stared a Hotshot trucking business and this truck has low miles (84,000), had and extra gas tank, leather interior, power everything, clean, new tires, a 5th wheel hook up and and goose neck hook up. We stated to the manager that we need a reliable truck due to hauling and driving across country to other states. He assured us this truck is in mint condition. We did not know much about diesel trucks at the time and it was smoking white smoke. It was also a very cold day that day and did not think much of it. There was only a 30 day warranty on the truck and I chose not to buy the extended warranty due to not having much funds to spare. 3 days after we brought the truck home we noticed a safety running light was missing and the windshield washer resivor had a crack in it. I called the manager who sold me truck and asked if they could fix the problems since it was still under warranty. He said NO. We would have to pay for it. I told him the safety lights should have been fixed before we bought the truck anyhow, I asked if they even inspected the truck before they sold it to me and he said I was out of luck sorry. Of course 3 days after the warranty expired the truck broke down. We called Sands and told them what had happened and they said to bring in the truck and they will make things right and not charge us, we just had to tow the truck to them which is about 1 1/2 hrs away from my house. They called us after the truck arrived and stated it will be a minimum of $3000 to repair. We had to tow the truck back home and in the end all 8 fuel injectors had to be replaced with my out of pocket money. We were out of work for about 1 month due to this set back and all my savings was gone.

The service here is good. I have been going to them for service since 1993. They do offer a service to take me to work when I take my car in and then they will pick me up and bring me back to my car. This is very convenient and they also wash the car.

They do a good job and they make sure you get to work on time. They call you to keep you updated, and they will pick you up if you need them to. I have great confidence in them. The service adviser I work with really goes out of his way to help me out.

They did an excellent job, the truck runs better than it ever has!!!! I will definitely continue to use them and i would highly recommend them to others.

The guy that we talked to and the dealer were so excellent. They worked with us very well and found the car that best suited our needs. They were not pushy about the price because we told them what we wanted to spend and they made it all work out very well for us.
