I would not trust this company. We are a family of four (wife, myself, and twin 5-year-old twins). We only have one bathroom in our house, wash clothes in cold water, and only run the dishwasher at night when everyone is in bed. I had an issue with an old water heater and called Robins Plumbing. We paid over $2k for the tech to replace the electric water heater with the same water capacity (50-gallon) unit. If you compare the costs from Home Depot or other supply houses, I should be getting a VERY strong unit. However, we had problems within the first week. Unfortunately, if two people take a hot shower back-to-back, you run out of hot water. The tech came out and informed me that the unit was working correctly, and to fix this problem, I would need to pay an additional $1500. Robins Plumbing water heaters are costly, and this should not happen, especially with the size of our house and the length of our showers. Two people should be able to take a hot shower, especially two 5-year-olds who can't take that hot of a shower. Either the tech is lying to me regarding the unit working correctly, or Robins Plumbing installed a subpar unit. I would think twice before having them replace your water heater.

The people I talked to on the phone were very helpful and friendly, and communications were excellent. Ryan, the technician who came to my house, was punctual, courteous, intelligent, and very efficient. I was very happy with his work, and with the level of professionalism displayed by everyone involved. All in all, it was a great experience, and I will definitely call Robins Plumbing next time I need a plumber.

The plumber showed up exactly when he said he would. The office staff is wonderful. They are very pleasant and always easy to speak to. I have had two different repairs and both have been done quickly, reasonably priced and done right. I will continue to call Robins Plumbing for any plumbing repairs.

Chris arrived on time completed the job in a timely manner. He was friendly efficient and informative. He attended to details, and left the kitchen in the way he found it. This was my second experience with Robin Plumbing and both experiences exceeded expectations

Brian was clean and neat. He had all the tools and parts with him so one trip did it all. The heater is in a tight space and he made look easy, including sweating all the copper joints.

The water heater in my rental property had started leaking. I called Robins plumbing immediately and they arrived within an hour after collecting the necessary information and picking up a new water heater to replace the old one. They had completed the job within an hour of arriving and assessed the damage that had been created. Thankfully, because of their fast response there was minimal damage. I have used Robins Plumbing before and would never call anyone else. They always provide fast, efficient service at a reasonable price. I trust Robins Plumbing to refer them to all of my friends and family!

I called Robins Plumbing and related the problem I had and a technician was sent out the same day. Steve arrived and evaluated the issue and described what needed to be done. The cartridge was replaced as was the water and temperature control. Steve left the area clean after the work was finished. He was knowledgeable, professional and friendly. We have used Robins Plumbing in the past and highly recommend them. We will definitely use them in the future.

Robins has always been very responsive. They show up and they do a good job. They actually diagnosed a roofing mistake we had and saved us a ton of money. I wish we had called them earlier. We had hired another plumber who could come out immediately with a camera but the camera was inconclusive. The other plumber told us we had a mismatched pipe somewhere, but (after hours and hours of digging) the pipe was fine. Robin's plumber actually looked up, in the attic and diagnosed the problem. We were so grateful not to be swimming in sewage anymore. Thanks Robins! We have used them in the past and will use them again in the future.

I found that my home had a very bad leak. My normal plumber was out of town and recomended that I contact Robins Plumbing for help. Robins arranged to have a service plumber at my home that very day. The leak seemed to be very bad and I suspected under the slab. The plumber arrived and understood the problem very quickly and went to work. He located the leak outside of the home, pinpointed where the leak was based on his experience not with fancy tools and went right to work. What I expected to be a day long job only took him an hour and that included digging to the pipe. I was very impressed with his knowledge, response and pricing. If you want fast and helpful service from very skilled people then Robin Plumbing is an excellent call to make. Ask for Brian (the plumber who came to my home). I have never written such a note before, but it is truly rare to find this type of professional and helpful service these days. No hard up sales, no scary talk, not always on the phone, had the knowlege and the know how to get the job done at a very reasonable price; BTW... my normal plumber... just lost a customer and robbins gained one!!!!

They promptly responded on a Saturday and found the leak an repaired it quickly. During the repair, the plumber announced that our water recirculator, which came installed with the house and had worked without a problem for the 7 years we lived in the house, was installed incorrectly. He said he was going to switch it. When I asked how much, he said not to worry. About a 10 days later, in the middle of the night, I noticed a very loud knocking in our pipes. We called them back and the plumber said the cause of the noise was the ball c*** in our toilets. He said the toilets were leaking and that was causing the noise. He switched one out and charged us $175.00. We continued to have the noise.

Their performance over several visits was bad. Mr Robins has managed his growth very poorly. His technicians are rude, shutting off water without warning. They didn't clean up after their work. In one case a tech drilled through a 3-ply engineered truss, severely weakening it. It would have cost thousands to replace the truss. Fortunately an engineer was able to certify it was adequate. The owner kept saying there was nothing wrong with their work, but the city inspector immediately failed it as dangerous and against code. I will never do business with them again. I urge you not to either. I was one of their first customers and have watched their service go downhill dramatically. Mr Robins just doesn't seem to care.
