Golden's Good Air

Mr. Golden arrived exactly when expected. He was courteous and professional. He and his daughter began assessing the job right away. I was clearly informed of my service options by Mr. Golden. They worked quickly and respectfully in my home. The price was very fair for the great job they did. My dryer has not worked this well in 8 years. I also have peace of mind that my dryer is no longer a fire hazard. I will defiantly use them again.

The owner Charles Golden came out with his crew. They cleaned out the dryer vent as contracted. They were polite and efficient. Did a good job.

I had purchased 2 big deals and I didn't realize until a year later that the purchase had gone through, so I called the company, and they were super nice and said they could still honor that. I had a couple of things going on at the house and so I didn't do it until recently. They honored the price, there was no up-sell or other charges. They were fantastic. Two guys came out and gave us the evaluation on one of our driers that the vent wasn't getting completely outside, they just told me what it was and I will get someone else to sort it out. They cleaned out my other drier vents and both services went phenomenally and both driers are working better, so they did a really good job and I am very happy about them. They honored a special when they didn't have to, they were extremely nice about it without any grief. They set an appointment and were on time, they called before they came to say they were coming, they were very professional. We would 100% use them again and 100% tell everybody about them.

They came in on time found the vent went to the roof, put the vacume on
the bottom and ran a brush from the roof down while running the vacume
on the bottom. Took about 30 minutes and were clean and professional,
would definitely use them again.

Overall an excellent job in very difficult circumstances, getting their machinery to the third floor was arduous. Charles and his assistant Moussa thankfully were very strong. Also assisting was Shiree who is Charles daughter. They were in the house for nearly three and a half hours, very professional and extremely polite, only issues encountered was that their machinery blew the circuit beakers in our house, unfortunately several of our electrical outlets in the kitchen are now not working. I am sure it's just a matter of resetting the circuit breakers. Considering everything they were excellent and did a thoroughly great job.

Provided very good service and also found a repair that was had just recently been done incorrectly in our clothes dryer and fixed it. We paid an additional amount to have the lint removed from the dryer.

It took several weeks to get an appointment. On the day of the appointment, Charles arrived on time. He sent his co-worker onto the roof to identify the dryer vent pipe and work that end while he worked from inside. The dryer vent was blown out from both directions with his blower. I have never had this service done in 10 years and I could tell the dryer was operating hotter and less efficiently. A significant amount of debris was blown out, despite the fact that I clean my dryer screen after every load.
He recommended that the internal components of the dryer be checked also for safety and efficiency sake. He quoted me $45 to do the additional work, as the $59 coupon covered only the vent cleaner. I told him to go ahead and it entailed removing the front panel of the dryer. I did look in to see how much debris was inside. It was significant too. He cleaned the floor pan area, belts and electrical components of dust.
I will feel better now knowing this work has been done. A friend of mine had a house fire as a result of clogged dryer ductwork and it is the number one source of house fires. They recommend their service yearly, which I think depends on how much you use your dryer, and how well you maintain it. For me, that might be overkill as we only have 2 in in our household now, but certainly will do this more often in the future. In addition to the safety aspect, your dryer will certainly operate more energy efficiently when the ductwork is clean, which means additional energy savings too.

Everything was fine. They did what they said they were going to do. There were three people here, I think, and everything went pretty much as expected. They did it, they got done and that was it. They were pleasant and there were no issues. We had a little bit of a dust problem when they hooked up one of their machines as it ended up shooting dust back because somebody, apparently the time before, hadn't cleaned something, and they got most of the dust, but some of it got on our furniture. But it was no big issue so I didn't get too excited about it. Everything's fine now. I wasn't paying a lot of attention to them because I babysit my granddaughter and I was more involved in taking care of her, but I saw no issues, and as far as I know they did a good job, but it's not like I opened up my vents and went in to look. I'm just assuming everything is fine. I'm assuming the price was good since it was listed as a special but I didn't compare with anything else. I'm just assuming I got a good deal and it didn't cost me any more than I originally paid for it so I'm assuming everything was fine.

He was very professional and did a good job. I thought he was very efficient.

The young man was ideal--respectful, courteous, and responsive ti what had to be done. He was efficient and thorough. He recommended the work be done once a year. I will have him back.

Outstanding, the guy was there for 2 house. He said my vent were clogged anmd all the lint created a brick like condition. I has approximatly 25 feet on vent and the worker did an excellent job.. i felt guilty all that work ofr 59.00

Charles was scheduled to come my home between 12-2PM. He came at noon. He cleaned the dryer vent and cleaned up after himself. Did a great job

It was good that Golden's Good Air - Dryer Vent and Chim-Swp-Air Duct did the service but when they removed some of the vents the paint peeled off around the vents. They did tell me before doing it that it might happen. It was a lot of work and it took a long time to do it.

They are excellent and we will use them again in future.

I called the Golden Dryer Vent and Chimney Sweep Company because my dryer vent hadn't been cleaned in the several years since I lived in my home and probably not in the years before either. Its one of the things you know you should do, but its a pain to move the dryer, undo the ducts, and crawl back there to clean. I now have a dog that sheds ALOT so I know there was a lot of hair in the vent too. Golden Dryer Services were able to quickly schedule a weekend visit to accommodate my work schedule.
Charles and his son arrived about 1/2 hour late, but went right to work. They moved the dryer and crawled behind to clean the vent and back of the dryer. They removed ALOT of dirt, lint, and dog hair and made sure they cleaned all the dust and lint from the back and bottom of the dryer where it could cause the unit to overheat. They replaced the metal hose that connected from the dryer to the vent and checked the airflow in and out of the dryer. At the time, I had a broken arm, so Charles and his son made extra sure to sweep the floor behind the dryer and move the unit back to its proper place so I wouldn't have to.
All said, I was very happy with Golden Dryer Services and happy that I had one less nagging chore to do. I would recommend Golden Dryer Services and I would call them again - hopefully sooner than last time.
