In your case, your phone call identified a flaw in our intra-communication protocol. Our phones are answered 24/7 by a live person who will pass the message to our operations staff if we are not in the office. We are committed to talking to every potential customer (it is, of course, in our best interest to do so) and quickly return all phone calls. In this instance our operations staff was in a Maricopa County secure detention facility and prohibited in using our phones. As it turns out, your call was received and passed to us as our phones were being shut off and we did not get your message. We have now put a new procedure in place that ensures we get all of our messages even when our cell phones have been shut off. The lead technician was Nathan. I spent about $79 on the service. I had a good experience with this company. The dryer vent has to be cleaned every year. It makes a huge difference when the vent is cleaned; the machine works better. I had them clean all the ducts in my 25 year old house. There was a lot of dirt in there. There was a tall guy, who actually climbed and cleaned out the ducts. The price was okay for what they did. They were more reasonable than some other companies. The first time they came out, the owner kept coming out and kept calling. He was really involving himself and making sure that everyone was doing their work. I will definitely use them in the future.
