We hired Denix to do an ADA-compliant remodel of a home we purchased for a completely-disabled cousin who has 24-hour home care. We had them widen the front entryway and door, install plexiglass on hallways, remodel the bathroom substantially for wheelchair access, install tile and paint the 1500 square foot interior. Denix was the only company that promptly gave us an estimate, out of three we contacted in May 2020. They were able to start and finish the project before our deadline of Sept. 1, even with COVID delays on certain supplies. Communication was impeccable, the price was reasonable, they were professional and the remodel is beautiful. Jeno, Chris, Susie, and all were great to work with. Highly recommend this wonderful family-owned business!

I researched many companies and got several estimates before choosing Denix Construction to do tile backsplash in my kitchen. I dealt with three people in this company and all of them were professional and courteous. Jeno is an honest person and the finished job was top notch. As the project was being completed, I voiced a concern regarding a small blemish, and with a great attitude by the tile installer, the blemish was taken care of to my complete satisfaction. I highly recommend Denix Construction as I would hire this company again in a heartbeat.

Very prompt, courteous and accommodating. He explained what caused the issue, recommended options and gave us a quote. Once we accepted the quote, they were quick to do the work and they cleaned up after they were done. Very good job! Definitely recommend this company.

Ran into a plumbing problem - found out that my galvanized pipes were in terrible shape and leaking. Denix was able to have their plumber provide an estimate immediately and start work the following day. Jeno and Chris were great to work with. I would recommend them and plan to use them again when I remodel my master bathroom.

Denix did a great job of completing our boat dock with a pressure treated wood frame and composite cover. The crew was competent and meticulous. They worked efficiently and their workmanship was excellent. Their positive customer service attitude enabled us to work through some discrepancies between estimated and actual costs. I would recommend them for similar work.

this contractor was the most reasonable price wise. they provided a detail estimate and stuck to it. the work was professional and completed on time. i would recommend them highly.

Knowledgeable, timely, professional, friendly

They were able to come out quickly to see the extent of work needed. I recieved an emailed estimate within a few days and was able to schedule the work the next week. Very professional and quick to respond to calls, texts,emails. The installer Jose did an amazing job and it only took him and his helper a day and a half to complete the work. I am still amazed at how great it looks. I will use them and recommend them to my friends and family in the future.

We had the garage made into a bed and bath the work done was totally awesome we couldn't have asked for anything better. They were professional and easy to work with. If I need any other work done I know who I will call.

Gino did an excellent job remodeling our 2nd Floor, from flooring, plumbing, baseboards to dry wall installation was executed with utter more care and professionally done. Though there was minor issue with the bath which Gino addressed immediately upon notifying him. I am totally satisfied. There is something with all the other general contractors that when asked for bath remodel they immediately would give me a higher price quote. I am not sure whether they presume that I deserve to pay that much for being a North Scottsdale resident. But Gino was totally upfront and very rational. I would recommend him to anyone who wants professional job done for reasonable pricing. I would like to thank Gino's crew, his son Chris and his wife and all the contractors who worked on my property, they cared for it, respected my privacy and delivered an excellent job.

Jeno was very easy to work with and timely in getting back with estimates for work. We ended up having drywall installed, per the original estimate, and was so happy with the work we also had them install tile and baseboards.

I had to keep moving the install date because my materials that I ordered were delayed a couple of times, and Jeno, the owner, really worked with me to find a date that would work. This is a family owned business and every one of them provides customer service comparable to the "good old days"!

Denix responded right away to my need for a quote. They were efficient and professional. The work was done quickly and ideas were given to help us with that room. I really appreciated the quality of their work.

The first thing I noticed is when Jeno showed up to preview the work, before he stepped in my home, he asked if it was ok to wear his shoes; immediately he gained points with me. He used his ipad to document the work and provided a written quote the same day; scheduled the work shortly after. Jose repaired many hairline settlement cracks and some taping and texturing on a ceiling repair. He was quiet, fast, and so CLEAN. I would definitely use them again!

Jeno and his entire crew were wonderful. The work they did was most satisfactory and appreciated. They had several suggestions that we used and they turned out great. All were very professional, friendly and showed when they said they would. Would recommend them.

Jeno is great. We had an issue with paint matching, but he took care of it. We are going to hire him for some remodel work as well.

Jeno was friendly, efficient, and skilled. He repaired several things including a dryer vent, leaky sink drains, and a circuit breaker, in preparation for selling our house. He was prompt, and the quote was accurate (no last minute extra charges).

They were very efficient and kept me informed when they would return and always on time. I would use them again.
