Description of Work: I had my air conditioning serviced for the summer. They were very quick, and informed me that I needed to replace a part, but it wasn't essential to do so right away. They had told me about this last year, and I just put off doing it. They came back, installed the part and cleaned the coils. The unit runs quieter now. I've used this company several times over the last 3 yrs. and they have always being very professional and considerate of the fact that I don't have a large budget to work with.
