Cool Touch Air Conditioning and Heating

The estimate was conducted thoroughly and professionally.  Once we selected Cool Touch to do the work they were able to accommodate our need for a Saturday installation.  They began work on time, and in all 3 installers participated installation of the heating and air conditioning unit, and the additional duct work we requested. The work was complete within one day, as promised.  This included Kevin, Colin, and Angelo.  
All three individuals were very personable and professional.  At the end of the day, Brian stopped by to ensure that everything was going well.  They patiently explained how to use the new touch screen thermostat.  Later in the week Chris came out to review what was done and perform a quality control check.  He also wanted to make sure we were completely satisfied with the work and the unit we had installed.  
Our overall experience with Cool Touch has been excellent from start to finish.

They came right out. They were honest about what needed done where other companies were not.

They were able to come out the next day and take over some incomplete work that we were previously planning on.  They did a couple of things for us and they did it very well.  It was fantastic.  They were very professional and explained themselves very well.  I thought that was very nice.  We would absolutely use them again if necessary.

Due to the hail storm October 5th, it was necessary to replace my AC unit. Cool Touch scheduled an inspection in a timely manner. I received a quote for services the same day. The replacement was scheduled for two weeks out and was completed today. The installation crew was very polite and professional. I would highly recommend this company for any repairs/replacement needs you may have.

We discovered a huge amount of water in our guest room carpet. After consulting with a plumber, he recommended contacting our A/C vender. Cool Touch responded immediately and had a service person onsite within a few hours (on a Saturday!). A clogged condensation pipe was the culprit. It had been routinely flushed out at our regular maitenance, but was clogged now and the trapped condensation backed up into the guest room, destroying the carpet (rust stains from a filing cabinet). Even though it was not the fault of the A/C company, our service fee and labor for this call were waived. The service person told us that because we had done everything right, maintenence-wise, his employer felt that we should not be charged. I was amazed, but not surprised, as this company has always been hard-working, fair and honest. The last work that they had done for us was $8000+ for a wonderful new second floor A/C unit. The instalation crew was prompt, courteous and very neat. They actually finished ahead of schedule and did all the paperwork needed for our rebates. I can't say enough nice things about this company!
