"Good afternoon, thank you for bringing your concerns to our attention. We are glad we were able to resolve your concern with the charge for the drain pan and pipe to your satisfaction back in February. We apologize that we sometimes take things personally when we're accused of being unethical and immoral, as we certainly did not go into business to rip people off - and our integrity is very important to us. We spent a very long time on the phone with you in an attempt to find out how we could make you happy back in February, and as of our last conversation I was under the impression that you were happy. We provided you with three different options for your water heater, which included repairing, replacing, and replacing with an extended warranty, and the option you chose was to replace the water heater with the extended warranty. I would also like to assure you that we do not charge extra to finance anything, and doing so would be both unethical and illegal. We would never engage in such practices. We also have both PDF and paper copies of those financing documents, this is the first I'm hearing that you did not receive these documents, I will be sure to email them to you right away.
