Drain Clog or Blockage Clearing
Had a sewer line break that caused backup in the house. BumbleBee came same day initially but it took 2 days to dig up the breakage area and do a pipe repair. All done with good quality work and explanation. Only minor "complaint" is that I had to wait a day to get the project coordinated, which was inconvenient. However, I would recommend Ira and the team at BumbleBee

Adrian did really good work and was quick with it. The whole approach was a little salesy and bit pushy - trying to get other repairs I didn't ask for, but good value for the price

Water Heater Installation and Replacement
Service person on time and had a friendly manner. The company worked with me on the price so it was affordable. The end price was a little higher than others but they did a good job and cleaned everything after they finished. These guys came through and I would rate them highest of all the plumbers I have hired in the past.

Brad, the Plumbing Technician was extremely professional and courteous. He is also a proud Marine Disabled Veteran, which I truly respected being an Army Veteran myself. He provided me with detailed information regarding the work that will be needed to perform to replace the water pipes in my laundry room. He was very detailed in his work as well. He also grew up in my the same neighborhood where I live, so it was nice to hear his stories he had when he was a kid growing up here. The entire Bumblebee staff was extremely polite and professional, and I will definitely use them in the future, as well as recommend them to others. Thank you again!

Hard service sell. Over charged for a simple heater element change. Soaked heater insulation because they didn't empty tank before element was installed.

They replaced the hot water line leaking under the slab. After the job was done it dawned on me that they should have offered to replace the cold water line since we had the walls all torn up. I would had been interested in doing that.
