He came after he had finished up another job, and it was late. Unlike him, the other providers gave me a time and were late, but he said that he would be there that day and he did show up. He wasn’t able to fix it that day, but he showed more willingness to try to see what the problem was rather than just coming and looking at it and giving me a quote. He literally got into the plumbing area and started looking and digging before he even said what it was or what the quote was or anything. He struggled for quite a while trying to figure out what the root of the problem was. I left, because I had to leave, and he was still there while it was getting dark. He worked on it late until he could figure out what the problem was. He gave me a quote. The next day, right before I left, I asked him if he had an idea, and he said that he did. I had actually called to follow up, and he had already completed the job. I was very happy with the service, the price and the outcome of the whole situation. His responsiveness was excellent. The city had said the leak was mine. I was not sure whose it was. Ultimately, we ended up fixing it. He is going to be doing some more work for me.

From beginning to end Mr Beeson couldn't have been more professional or helpful. Mr. Beeson stated that he would be at my house at 9 am the first day and at exactly 9 am he arrived. He was able to diagnosis my shower problem fairly quickly which was in the cylinder. He was able to get it working properly but because it is under a lifetime warranty called and ordered another one from the company that he will install when it comes in. As for the cold water low pressure and no hot water in the laundry, there again he discovered the problem and had it fixed and going as well. The problem was in a very old system whereas you were able to move a lever from hot to mix to cold. The system was completely broke. He took the old system off and then added two new faucets for the water intake. When he went to HD for parts for in the laundry he picked up a new laundry sink and faucet for me as well. Upon returning and after finishing the initial job I had requested, he put together the new sink and installed it.....all for $490 with $118 being for the new wash tub. The rest of the expense ($288) was for the 9/2 installation of my new Life Source water filtration system. Mr. Beeson was here the first day for almost 5 hours and the second time for 2 hours. The second service call he had expected to be at my house by 10 and when he couldn't make it, he called to confirm that he was coming but was running behind schedule. He arrived within an hour. I believe that I really got what I paid for and then some by using Brigham's Plumbing.

Responded quiclky to my call. Ran the snake repeatedly even after the toilet was draining to get to the root of the problem.

This was the second time that Brigham came out. I had him look at my sad old sink the last time, and given the quality of the last work, had him come back. I scheduled a week ahead to match with my schedule. He called the week of service, and offered to come out the day before, but I hadn't picked the sink up yet. He was prompt, and even had some extra parts for the job that didn't come with the sink.

None of the work was emergency in nature, so Brigham came out a few days later, which was perfect. He showed up time, got to work on the jobs, and went the extra mile to do a great job. One of the toilets that I bought at Home Depot was cracked, and he offered to return it and come back with a new one. An excellent attitude, and the work looks great.

Brigham came on time, gave us the estimate, and started working on the job. About 3 hours later, the job was completed. He left the work area clean.

It was postive experience. I would give them a good rating. They were quick and on time.

Called late Monday night and Brigham offered to come as early as I wanted the next morning. showed up promptly at 7am as agreed and did the repair quickly and efficiently. Very clean cut and nice guy. I will call him for all my future plumbing needs. Thanks Brigham, good job!

Brigham returned our call the same day and came the next day to bid the job. He emailed us his bid that same night. It was professional and very detailed. His price was incredibly fair. He was gracious and flexible about working around the other trades. We had the floor covered and everything was a mess, and he stilled vacuumed and cleaned up after he worked. I would recommend him without reservation.

Everything went well. Brigham returned my phone call within an hour, even though it was on a weekend. I had called 2 other large, well-known plumbing companies and got the runaround. Made an appointment with Brigham for a few days out (it wasn't an emergency as there were other toilets in the house working OK). He showed up right on time. He's a neat, friendly, knowledgeable guy. Didn't take long to fix the problem and even took the time to chat with us about other plumbing issues. Would definitely use him again. Much better than trying to deal with the big "mega-plumber" companies.

My experience with them was very positive. He was here when he said he would be here. He did his business. The results were good. Nothing about it has fallen apart since.

The project went perfect, I am very happy with the work performed.

Brigham is set to do the plumbing on our addition/remodel when we get to that point in the job. We laid our own waste lines with every intention of connecting to the main line, but decided it would be easier to call him and see how much he would charge to do that part for us. We liked his price and he came out right away and was done in about an hour.

Excellent. I only wish Brigham had been the first one to come out that day. Brigham found the problem, fixed the problem, left his fan (which was really nice of him), picked it up days later and answered many questions for me via e-mail AFTER being paid. I would definitely recommend him.

They arrived on time and completed work with no problems. The price was well below other estimates I received. Brigham, the owner, is a friendly guy and an absolute professional. I will call him first the next time I need a plumber.

We had just moved into our home, and we found out our washing machine could not be connected. We found Brigham Beeson Plumbing on Angie's List, and Brigham and his partner were here within a half hour of our call. Their estimate was right on target, and they did their work efficiently and promptly. We were impressed with their wonderful service, and their friendly manner. We will definitely use them again!

Always available by phone or returns call very promotly. Manages to get us into the schedule within 24 hours and completes the work quickly at a reasonable price. Usually works alone. I also understand he does re-plumbing on single family homes.
