Great customer service! They came out early on a Sunday morning. The leak was found within ten minutes, and the pipe was soon fixed. The plumber was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I would highly recommend them!

The customer service and follow through by Terry and his team was excellent! I had questions and concerns and he addressed each one and personally came by the job upon completion to make sure it was done to my satisfaction. I will definitely be calling them again in the future!

I contacted them via email late one evening. To my surprise, they got back to me that same evening and then called early the next morning to schedule an appointment. We had a clogged kitchen sink and the household stops if we lose use of the kitchen. Their tech was at our house by 9AM and was well equipped. He used two separate machines to clear our line. He was courteous and careful in our home, wearing those hospital boots and even put those boots on the wheels of the machine so that it wouldn't track dirt into our house. They cleared the line and even though the tech was here for over 1.5 hours, they honored their initial bid which I felt was a very fair price. I highly recommend this company.

I hired Airight to fix our furnace. I worked with Terry and Matt. Matt was friendly, professional and respectful of our property. He gave us a fair, competitive bid. Terry followed up with great customer service by tracking down our parts and keeping us informed about the status of our job. Iâ  m glad we hired them and weâ  ll use them again.

My scheduled appointment never showed up, so I immediately called "Airight" and talked with Terry. It was late in the day and I explained my situation - I needed my AC unit removed because concrete contractors will arrive in the morning to demo the patio slab and prepare to lay-down new patio slab and sidewalk around the house. Terry assured me that he would have a technician out the next morning. As promised, the technician arrived early next morning and diligently removed the AC unit and moved it out of the way from the concrete workers. The technician was courteous, masked and cleaned- up afterward. My experience with AiRight was exceptionally, customer service was outstanding and the workmanship was superb. I will be calling AiRight in couple weeks to re-install my AC unit. Stay-tuned....

In Covid times they responded rapidly and come to see our home in a days turnaround. Jude came and reduced the PRV pressure and faucet adjusted to correct setting. We are selling our home he gave good device.

Stellar service! Answered my call for help less than hour before closing and had their technician Daniel show up to the minute of when they said he would arrive! Daniel was professional, courteous and knowledgeable! He had a diagnosis and a temporary fix with minutes of his arrival, put me at ease even with the expected cost of the needed repairs. I will definitely be using them to do any repairs and needed maintenance.

Huge thank's to the whole crew at AiRight! Found my hot water heater broke in the morning, Rob was there before noon to check it out. After we decided to upgrade to a tankless they were able to clear some room on their schedule to get it done right away and at a great price! Terry and his crew just finished installing an entire new heat and AC system in my house, and they did a fantastic job. They removed the old furnace and coils from the garage and relocated a heat pump/ac system to the attic and completely replaced all the duct work while adding several new registers throughout the house. We have a split-level home which produced many challenges and the guys had a solution for all the issues. Akram (the lead technician) was very knowledgeable and explained where and why we needed more airflow in certain areas. The team explained what the plan was with me and executed it as said. They always put down plastic to protect the floors and furniture, and spent the last part of everyday making sure that they cleaned everything. I am extremely happy with my new heat and ac system and would highly recommend AirRight Cooling, Heating and Plumbing.
