We just had our roof replaced and couldn't be happier. From the first moment we met Weston we knew that we were in good hands. His proposal was detailed and affordable and everything he said that would happen did happen . His crew worked very hard and they were courteous and kept things as tidy as one could with such a big job. They were very methodical and detailed about how they performed the replacement of our roof. All the pipe jacks and flashing and other trim were replaced with new. All the tiles are straight as an arrow and it really looks great. So glad we went with True-Built Roofing as the whole experience was very positive. Weston was very accessible and responsive and he runs a first class operation. Highly Recommend for your roofing needs.

Beyond HAPPY! Our home in Gilbert AZ was leaking after a few big rain storms. I was driving through our neighborhood and noticed True Built was replacing our neighbors roof so I reached out to the company. Why I Hired True Built? LICENSED, BONDED, INSURED : They are licensed, bonded, and insured. The first thing I do before hiring any contractor is verify the contractor is licensed and insured through the AZ ROC. PRICE: I had 4 different roofing contractors come out to our home to inspect and give us quotes. They were all scattered, didn't want to give quotes for 3 days, quotes were super high, and poor presentation. When I called Weston at True Built, he moved his schedule around to come out, inspect, and give me a quote. He gave me a quote within an hour or less. He is super friendly, non-sale-zy, not pushy, clean, professional, straightforward, and extremely knowledgeable. His price beat all other estimates and provided higher quality and warranty. SERVICE: Just talk to Weston for 3 minutes and you will see what I mean. Customer focused. Straight shooter. Nice all around. His guys did a great job cleaning up the site after getting the job done. SPEED: When your roof leaks, it needs to be fixed and fixed quickly before more internal home damage. He makes you a priority. By the way, look at all his awesome reviews on Angie's List. They removed tiles on 4000 sq ft home, replaced all the felt, the wooden runners, all new flashing and metal bird gaps on edges. It took 6 days with a great crew. Came out perfect. Had a lot of neighbors using them since our houses are 22 years or more. Weston was a great person to deal with.

TrueBuilt provided highly competitive pricing with upgraded Boral Tile Seal and Elevated Battens at the price equal/better than the price of competitors standard 40 lb material. 2. Offered fabulous terms. Nothing up front, payment due in full on completion. This told us the company is financially sound. 3. Responded before work was to start to my call about a leak on Christmas Eve and sent staff in the heavy rain to provide temporary tarp. 4. Started work as agreed and finished in 7 days even working on Sunday. 5. Replaced skylights at no added charge. 6. Cleaned up site daily when finished. 7. Painted all bird stops, drip molding and any replaced facia to match existing. 8. Final invoice was exactly as quoted with no surprises. If you need roof work done, you owe it to yourself to consider TrueBuilt.

They cleanup up the yard each day before departing (it's a messy job). Excellent service from the contracted Dumpster Gods and product delivery team (friendly service and made an effort to avoid any damage to the property). True-Built choose to start the project two days later, then originally scheduled, to avoid any damage from the rain (while the roof was off). I applaud them for the precaution!

True Built did an excellent job on my tile roof replacement. Weston Farnes was the rep who came to my house and quoted the job. Once the job started he was always available for questions day or night. The crew did a great job and made sure clean up was done each night when they left. I would highly recommend True Built to anyone who needs roofing repair or replacement.

It was seemless! I emailed Weston my request, and I received a quote within a few days and then once we closed on the property, I emailed him the go ahead to do the work. The work was done, I was invoiced what was quoted, and all is great!

Weston was very prompt and returned all calls and texts throughout the whole process. The crew showed up on time every day and cleaned up every day. They communicated with me as necessary and were polite. The price was fair, I got five other estimates so I was well aware of the pricing. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again and have recommended them on Nextdoor and to my son who is a project manager for a general contractor in the Valley.

My experience with True Built was refreshing. We hired them to do a complete replacement of our tile roof. Weston was polite, friendly and clearly knows his business. He even came out a second time after we received the estimate to answer the additional questions we had. Communication was great. We had a couple of rain delays but Weston kept in touch to let us know what was going on and when his crew would be out. Once the work started, they knocked out the whole job. No disappearing for a few days and then showing up again. The crew was polite and cleaned up at the end of each day. The roof looks great and Weston was great about doing the little things the way I wanted them done. Their estimate was also the lowest of the 3 we received. If this is your first time replacing a tile roof (like it was for us), we did learn a couple of things: 1. If you want the multi-colored tile, you might want to pick tiles which have the 3 tone variation within each individual tile. We picked the kind where each tile is a slightly different shade which means you could end up with clusters of the same color in areas. Weston was great about this though, after the job was finished he sent his guys out 2 more times to move tiles around to make the colors more evenly distributed. 2. Talk to your roofer about what will need to be painted after the work is done and factor that into your budget or be prepared to paint it yourself. We didn’t realize there would be a small piece of trim added that would need to be painted. After getting a really high estimate from a painter, we ended up doing it ourselves and just repainted all the trim to match the new bird stop. It looks great but it was a lot of work on a 2 story house. Overall the experience with True Built was wonderful and I already recommended them to all my neighbors. I wish all jobs with contractors went that smoothly! I would not hesitate to use them again.
