Specialty Cleaning Service provides a wide range of carpet cleaning and carpet repair services as well as pool chemicals and repairs at an affordable price for residential and commercial properties. We also offer 24 hour emergency service for floods and water damage restoration. Our service area includes the Phoenix Metro area including the east and west valley, Tucson and Flagstaff. Our residential carpet cleaning special is $89.95 for all rooms up to 3000 sq ft. with an additional $20.00 for carpeted stairs. Tile and grout cleaning is $0.25 a sq ft. or $0.49 Clean and sealed. Pool cleaning weekly is only $80.00 a month with weekly service that includes all chemicals, backwash, brushing, netting, vacuuming and tile scrubbing.
