Quality work at a fair price.

They came out for the quote for a roof leak. From work I ve had done by another company it was a fair quote. They called the day before to say the time when would be out to do the work. They were here within 10 minutes of their quoted time. Once they got up on the roof, they noticed multiple cracked tiles during the repair. The site manager went to buy replacement tiles to be installed at no extra charge. They were very courteous and pleasant to work with.

Good quality work. Had some delays with scheduling, but since it was a small, non-urgent project I did not mind. Would hire again for sure.

I had a smaller job that was a bit out of the normal vent install. (Roof mounted Range Hood Blower) I had been told it was too small, too complicated by others. Catherine from Forrest & Son came out to give me an estimate and really listened to what i needed to have done. When they came out to do the job, the installer took the time to make sure he could complete the job in the manner I wanted. It turned out to be a rather complicated install. Catherine came out to make sure everything was going how I wanted. The attention to detail was incredible! It turned out perfect! Catherine stopped by when it was completed to make sure I was happy with the install. It is so great to find an old fashion company that knows what customer service is, and delivers it! Great Job!

Not knowing anything about roofing, I was hesitant during my search for a roof repair/maintenance company. Forrest and Son did a great job explaining what needed to be done and worked well with me on pricing. They had to change my appointment time/day and reached out to me to confirm whether the new schedule would work. The crew was very through and did a great job of cleaning up after the work was done. I would definitely recommend Forrest and Son...and will use them again for any future roofing needs.

Their response to my request for a quote was very quick, they came when they said they would and were very thorough with the inspection and the explanation of what they found and what the repairs would entail. When additional damage was found, which could only have been seen after the damaged tiles were removed, Henry contacted me immediately to explain the situation and to see what I wanted to do. The roofer doing the work waited for a decision so that the work could be completed the same day. The quotes were fair, communication throughout was great, clean-up was very well done and the project was completed a day ahead of the projected date. Forrest and Son is very professional, has a great staff and I would recommend them highly.
