I was very pleased with the quote, the questions answered, and the work! We weren t in the market for a new roof and Henry told us that we didn t need a new roof. Spraying a coating on the existing roof would extend the life of it and that s what we chose to go with. It was more cost effective and it made sense to go with that for the next 5 years! We just bought the house and from what the home inspection said, the roof was in decent shape so I knew that buying a new roof wasn t needed. 5 year warranty on the work and elastomeric coating and we couldn t be happier with the work and with the honesty! Plus, the coating was from a company called PDI in Scottsdale and from what I read on their site, it s great quality material. Henry said he always goes with this company for this coating and I appreciate that. I ll pay a bit more $$ to know I m getting great material. We had 5 or 6 other roofing companies come out and give us quotes and not one of them were up front and honest with me like Henry was, in my opinion. They either said the roof was in great shape and didn t need to be replaced or coated or the suggestions for a new roof. There was not one company that recommended repairs and a coating. I ve noticed the house is cooler now that the roof has this sun reflective coating and we will have peace of mind that our roof will be preserved for another 5 years!

You can t go wrong with forest and son. So if you need repairs or a new rooftop I recommend them 💯 Ron W

They were very happy to keep me informed during all phases of my roof repair. Even when some items were changed, do to my roof condition, they explained what damage it would prevent, and gave me the chance to think what would be in my best course of action. They were professional,new what needed to be done, and did it. Plus the best warranty that they gave me was more than any other company would offer. I would recommend this company to anyone. I have a wooden shake roof that was in desperate condition. Forrest & Son agreed to make the repairs. They came out on time and did a thorough job of patching the worn shakes with new material. The way they integrated the new with the old shakes was amazing. The roofer was more of an artisan than repair guy. My wife and I are more than happy with the work that Forrest & Son provided. than happy with the result

Henry was great and explained everything needed in detail. Ended up being more work than quoted but didn't charge extra. Very friendly and easy to work with.

For us really does know what he's doing. He also identified another serious problem which could have been financially catastrophic down the road. I now live knowing that my house is safe from water. I have been a therapist in mental health centers in treatment center over 45 years. I'm a fairly good judge of character. And he has set himself high standards. And it showed.

Henry was very straightforward with his explanation of my roofing issues. He took "before" and "after' photos of the areas that needed to be repaired (I'm 73 and was not about to get on the roof!). All of my questions/requests about the repairs were promptly resolved. I'd hire them again for any roof repairs.

The experience was great, Henry is quite knowledgeable we talked, I told him what was going on and he predicted that this is where the leak would be and he was spot on. Everybody was very nice and they completed my full roof in about a day and a half. I wanted to get out of town and they bend over backwards to make that happen.

He was a bit pushy, lowering his fee as I hesitated to hire. I have little expertise to judge the quality of work but it seemed good. It seems that the cost was high for the small corner of the repair, but the prompt work was worth it.

A pleasure to work with! We had one single tile that had fallen off the corner of the roof and needed it repaired. When they ran a little behind the day of appointment, Catherine called well in advance to let me know that they would be 15 mins late. How great is that! Upon inspection of the site, they noticed some underlying problem that should be addressed at some point. I was not financially able to address at this point in time, and rather than pressure me into it as many companies do, they went ahead and did just what I needed for now which was primarily cosmetic. I will DEFINITELY use them down the road to complete the larger repair.
