Forrest and Son were great. They came when they said they would, cleaned up afterward and were pleasant to deal with. Even when the damage was far beyond what they initially estimated, they did the repairs without increasing their bid. They also have a great warranty. I would use them again.

Henry projected to start the roof repair later in the week but called me to move up so they could fix before the storm hit on Tuesday. He came out and fixed the roof plus sent me photos before and after completion. I highly recommend!

Salesman said they were finishing a job but should be at our residence to start work on following morning. Next morning salesman showed up and said the current job had expanded to include a rear roof area that owner w@nted repaired as well. The crew got to our place a day later than planned but they immediately began the repairs and were finished by end of day. Job required three sheets of plywood to be replaced and tiles to be repositioned after tarpaper had been laid. I saw the plywood that was removed and it definitely needed to be replaced. The company owner came one day later and showed me pictures of what had been removed and what was acceptable to be left. We are very satisfied with the response and the work done.

Henry Forrest was very easy to work with and accommodating. The lead roofer Marvin and his crew were excellent. They were very professional and did a great job. They all gave us solutions rather than problems. It was a pleasure to have them helping us fix our roof. We received good quality at a good price, we highly recommend them.

Unlike some roofing companies they actually turned up to estimate, they also turned up on the day, did the work in a timely manner and gave me photos of the whole job, start to finish. What more could you ask for in a company.

After repairing the leaks on our roof, they gave us a written guarantee that our roof will have no problems for the next ten years. They will also inspect our roof once a year and make any needed repairs free of charge. They sprayed our roof tiles with a coating that should keep our tiles from cracking, which has been a problem. Additionally, they took pictures of our roof in order to explain to us what the exact problem was with our roof. This is a father and son company, and they have been in business for a long time. They work all over Arizona and will fix the roof on my mother's house in Tucson. We are in the East Valley.
