Wes came out and repaired leaky pipes on our water main. He did a great job. I would definitely call Cure All Plumbing again.

I've used this place twice before and overall I'm satisfied with their work. It's hard to find plumbers who are honest and professional without giving you the sales pitch. I am a tough customer and don't fall for the sales pitch so it was very nice to have a conversation about what is wrong rather than a bunch of garbage about how much they don't know until they get here. They come in and do the job. They are reasonably priced and know what they're doing. Can't ask for more than that. I do recommend them to anyone who's looking for a plumber.

Cure All Plumbing doesn't stand by their quality and the customer service was not up to par. I had an issue and they told me to find someone else to fix it after trying to find a suitable resolution. They were unwilling to help.

Goodclean worker that removed all materials from property

When the plumber arrived at my home, he almost immediately started talking that I would need a new toilet. He did run the auger down the toilet but it was not overly successful in making the toilet work better. He informed me that I would need a new toilet and he could install one for $500 - $750. I went to Lowes the next day and I could purchase the toilet and have it installed for $269. Needless to say I went with Lowes to have a new toilet installed. I felt that he was primarily interested in selling me something and his rates were high. When I called to cancel my appt with them for the install, I was honest and told them why they were losing my business. They did not seem very concerned that they were losing a customer. When Lowes came to install the new toilet we discovered that there were roots in my pipes and I needed a different plumber to handle this problem. I contacted a gentleman that was referred to me by a neighbor. He was prompt, thorough, cleared the roots from my pipes and had my toilet installed in no time. His price was extremely fair. He should be on Home Advisors.

Our technician, Wes, was young and very professional. He did an outstanding job for us and we would be likely to hire again. His rate was very reasonable, much lower than Roto Rooter who did some work for us a few years back. Recommend without reservation!

I would have rated them higher. But I had asked for a "like" garbage disposal to the one that I currently had that was broken. It is powerful and quiet! They had to order one and bring another day. My husband was here when they arrived to install it, and tested it out when they were done. It was the same hp as the previous one but it was very loud! My husband rejected it and asked for them to replace it with a quieter one. The toilet was fixed quickly and efficiently. The plumbers themselves were very nice, and very good at what they do. It was unfortunate that we had that miscommunication.
