We always enjoy the experience, although the crowds and resulting parking issues can be frustrating sometimes. Best to avoid on weekends, but there is never  at truly "quiet" time at Costco. The blinds purchase went well and a defect even two years later was handled very professionally and without too much trouble.

Very thorough exam.  I had exam for glasses and contact lenses.  perfect prescription!!  Great job and value.

Costco quoted me several different options for tires. Going based on online reviews, I selected one and got them installed in about an hour. Since the installation Costco has performed free rotations and topped off the air in the tires for me whenever I stop in. They are very professional and I feel the tires they sell at the price they have is a good value. One thing I love is that Costco quotes you the out-the-door price, not simply the price of the tire which after installation turns into 2x the cost due to disposal fees, this fee, that fee, etc.. much more honest, up-front process.

Costco had a great selection of frames for a great price. Persons working the counter were very helpful and helped a first-timer with resolving my questions. I ended up needing my prescription tweaked and it wasn't a hassle, they processed the change without issues. They also helped me with adjusting my frames so fit my ears very quickly.

COSTCO is the preeminent shopping source in the nation. LOVE everything about Costco.

I like the convenience, price and the fact that I can get an eye exam there as well as glasses and sun glasses; everything in one stop. All my family goes there.

It was good. The optician was nice and I really liked them. The glasses and service were good. I had to wait two weeks which was the only drawback. It is a walk-in for everything except for the eye appointment, which is kind of a problem because you have to wait your turn. The staff ignores you until they get your number and then they were great. I liked their optical but I don't like Costco, per se. I am just one person so it is really not a option because I can't buy in bulk.

The service was fine. The tires were on sale, so we got a good price.

The people at Costco are always very helpful. If my daughter's glasses get out of line they will put them back, twist them, what ever they need done without any hassle. I don't even have to say anything, they just know what's going on and they have been very helpful.

They have the best prices. A guy from the tire shop came out to the parking lot and told me that one of our tires were low. He asked if we would like them to check it out. He did this service for free.
