I have been using them for about 14 years. It sort of has gone downhill. When I first started using them it was very good. They were very prompt and repaired things quickly and professionally. They did it well. In the last years I have had to take it back more than once to get the same thing repaired. No always, but it happens. They keep getting younger and less professional. They always took care of my older car that I had since 2007. When I bought it new they did the maintenance on that, including the oil changes and filters. When I bought a new car it needed a lot of work so I took it to them. My deceased husband used to take the car there and he would tell me it is not the same people there anymore. They charged me an awful lot to repair the car that we got. They solved the problems I had. My husband used to take the car there. It was close to home and he was comfortable taking it there.

My car started stalling on me and I took it in there and it stopped doing it. They couldn't find what was doing it. They said it was running perfectly for them and then when I picked it up after a few days, it was running perfectly for me. They did the work at no cost. I've been going there for about 14 years. They should try not to sell people stuff that they already have. Their price is a little on the high side. They are very close to my home which is why I go to them to begin with. My vehicle comes back hopefully repaired but no better than I left it as far as cleanliness or appearance or anything like that.

The initial service date was Saturday 6/13/2015.Following is a chronological list of events:
  (#1 visit)
·Tires did not arrive to the location before 0830 as told. The oil change on the Cadillac was free to make up for it.

(#2 visit) -
· Sunday A.M. brought Cadillac back due to a large puddle of oil on the garage floor underneath it.                                                                                                                                                                        Was told the oil filter o-ring pinched and caused the leak. I haven?t seen an o-ring on an oil filter in years. They are now molded into the oil filter body so they will not slip or pinch.
- Technician did not put anything on the floor which resulted in oil and grease all over the floor mat, seat, and door.
- The technician sprayed the oil off the engine with a garden hose and left the engine completely filthy and the entire front exterior of the car was filthy from oil and water spots. Greg offered us a ?free? car wash coupon as a remedy that turned out to be a half-off coupon for a $3 car wash.
- My girlfriend spent $65 to clean up Big-O?s technician?s mess.
·An oil change reminder sticker was not issued for either vehicle.·
(#3 visit) - Going to Payson in F250 on Sunday and the tire low-pressure sensor came on.
Went back to location. Checked tire pressure myself and found front tires had 65 psi and rear tires had more than 80 psi. The sticker on the door is clearly marked 65 psi in all tires.
 - Pressure was adjusted and was told the low-pressure indicator would eventually go off.
 - More than 24 hours later, it had not.
 - Went back the next day and was told the front passenger and rear driver-side sensors were inoperative.                                                                                                                                                         (#4 visit) - Since they had to be ordered I had to go back yet again the following day to have them installed.                                                                                                                                                             (#5 visit) - Jason, the manager, told me ?this one?s not on us buddy?. His claim was that the batteries on the 2 sensors had gone dead?.at exactly the same time.
- Frankly, well that?s just not true. Jason GAVE me a $70 pressure sensor as a gift for my ?inconvenience?.
(#6 visit) -While on our way to Flagstaff the following Saturday (1 week later) I noticed the truck was pulling to the left fairly hard and there was an inordinate amount of bounce all the way around.
 - Went back on Monday to report this. All wheels removed and balanced. Truck put onto alignment rack.
 - Was told there were some weights that had fallen off and the alignment was within specs and no adjustment had to be made. I drove to Flagstaff and back to the Valley, from home to their shop. There was nothing I could do to make the truck NOT pull to the left. I drove on different sides of the road and on different sides of each lane trying to make it NOT pull thinking perhaps it was the crown of the lane. Was completely not able to make it NOT pull to the left.
 - They said there was no adjustment made and it was in spec. When I left their shop I was unable to make the truck pull to the left anymore.
-They most definitely made an adjustment?there is absolutely no question about it, an adjustment was made.
 - Stopped somewhere to put fuel in my truck and noticed the protective cover that fits over the lug nuts was hanging by only 1 (of 2 possible) screws. They had failed to reinstall the other screw. The screw is a chrome M6x 35mm?not something folks generally have lying around in one?s garage.
(#7 visit) - Went back the following day to find my protective cover screw.  Greg told me they take much care in reinstalling these screws so as not to crack the protective cover. So it, ?must have backed itself out?. Sure it did Greg, sure it did.
 - Of course, they were unable to find the screw but Greg offered to order one for me and I could COME BACK later that afternoon to pick it up.
 - I went to the nearest big box hardware store and got an anodized one that was not perfect but it fit.
 - I called the Big-O complaint line and gave them my entire story while waiting for my wheels to be rebalanced.  A few days later I called back to add my experiences since we had first spoken. The woman I spoke to asked if she could put me on hold while she read over my claim. She came back and verified my address, phone number, etc,?.then said, ?Thank you sir for calling Big-O tires. Have a wonderful day??and hung up on me without even allowing me to give her the additional information which was the entire reason for my call!!
 - I spoke to Jason, the manger, about all the things they had screwed up and mentioned the 2.0 average review marks they have on Google. His answer included some fussy math based on the number of folks that come into his store versus the number of low reviews he has. He looked me right in the eyes and told me he can handle those marks based on his math.

Summary: I spent over $2300 for tires and

I use Big O Tires. It was a pretty good price and they did a good job. It was about a month ago. I think it was about $450.00. They were quick, the price was good, it was reasonable. And they did the alignment too. It's modern, it's clean, it's good. The have good customer service. They don't leave you standing there forever.

They are honest and thorough. They told me I needed to replace my tires and gave me an estimate. We have been going there for 7+- years. The only problem I've ever had is they thought I had dropped my car off and didn't get to it right away. I just went across the street.

BIG O IS A FAMILY-OWNED AND OPERATED BUSINESS WITH THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE YOU CAN FIND. THE PEOPLE WHO WORK THERE ARE FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL, AND THEY GREET YOU AT THE DOOR. THEY SOMETIMES GREET YOU AT THE CAR! THEY HAVE REPAIRED TIRES FOR FREE, GIVEN US OLD TIRES TO USE AS TIRE SWINGS, CALLED ALL OVER TOWN TO FIND THE RIGHT TIRE FOR MY CAR, AND HURRIED JOBS SO I COULD MAKE AN APPOINTMENT OR DEADLINE. WE STOPPED SHOPPING AROUND FOR TIRES LONG AGO, NOW WE JUST GO TO BIG O. MY ONLY COMPLAINT IS THAT THEY HAVE HAD TO REDO A BALANCE JOB ON MY VAN AS THE VEHICLE REALLY WOBBLED. THEY READJUSTED EVERYTHING WITHOUT QUESTION AND NOW IT RUNS PERFECTLY.
