Founding owners, husband and wife team Bill and Kathleen, started out as ordinary customers, looking to upgrade their own home with replacement windows and replacement patio doors. Seeking an energy-saving window and door solution, they found a series of poor contractors and a need for an improved service that customers can rely on. Bill and Kathleen felt that they could do it better and they have been revolutionizing the home improvement industry one customer at a time for over 15 years. right?, ?Do everything within reason for the customer?.? Etc.
Mr. Wells demonstrates
the epitome of excellence as an experienced, kind and qualified professional
representative.
The follow up by the
follow up measurement gentleman and the ?strategy? gals on the phone was
timely, pleasant and professional.
The two installers were
prudent, efficient, pleasant and professional.
The word ?professional?
is not repeated by accident.
After our highly
pleasing experience in dealing with all of these ?professionals? every step of
the way we are extremely happy with the beautiful products which have
drastically improved the appearance of the home inside and out to like new
status. We intended to attain better energy and comfort efficiency but did not
expect the drastic improvement in noise reduction and ?vision?. Other benefits are too numerous too mention
but by far and away the most impressive one is that when it was suggested that
one change could be made that we had overlooked it was handled immediately,
without discussion and without one single extra dime of cost.
We not only highly and

Never had the chance to meet. Sales person was a bust. Appreciated greatly how the customer service company and the owner handled my concern and maybe the next time I would give them a call. Definitely would request a different sales person.

It was great. It was a good door and they installed it relatively quickly. It was basically just quality work. The only issue was that the door was hand built and it took 2 months but they had told me that ahead of time.

They were great. They were a little confused when they came to install it. The installer thought it might be the wrong size, but then, they eventually got it worked out, and it was the right size. It is a great window; that window is wonderful. We had too much sun coming in through that window and it made all the difference in that room. The price must have been good because we shopped around. I think they were on time.

Quality was good. There was something with the measurement of the windows that was off and they had to order another one. They guarantee their work and it is a lifetime warrantee. I've not had any issues so far.

This was for two homes' replacement windows.Prompt response. Much time spend with order,measurements and questions. They worked with me so that I could schedule airfare to arrive for the install. Manufactured and delivered as promised. The install crew was fantastic! Greg, Jeff, Joe and Tom the first day. 2 others the next two days, minus Tom. The crew was organized, knowledgeable, hard-working, skilled, prepared and pleasant. They took care to protect the surroundings and cleaned up very well. The windows and doors look great. I am happier than I expected. The only issue was with the salesman. Perhaps our personalities conflicted, but we had a couple issues that did get resolved and I purchased windows for two homes. I would definitely use this company again and recommend it and this particular crew to all.

AVW's was very responsive and professional during the sales and installation process. They were prompt, polite, clean and did a high quality installation.
AVW is slightly pricey, but you get what you pay for.
I would recommend them for your window needs.

From the initial contacts through the installation they were extremely professional. The installation went smoothly. They were on time and cleaned up thoroughly. Great to deal with and we love the windows. Almost eliminated outside noise.

Great job. Well done, excellent cleanup and the crews were very polite and professional. The windows, with their "Arizona" package, help cool the house and almost eliminate any noise. No need for any sun screens.
