Founding owners, husband and wife team Bill and Kathleen, started out as ordinary customers, looking to upgrade their own home with replacement windows and replacement patio doors. Seeking an energy-saving window and door solution, they found a series of poor contractors and a need for an improved service that customers can rely on. Bill and Kathleen felt that they could do it better and they have been revolutionizing the home improvement industry one customer at a time for over 15 years. I recommend this company highly. He took the time to explain to me what happened with the prior bad installation and he did so twice by pointing out mistakes made by the prior installation company. He was professional and on time and knew his business. I appreciated him taking the time to explain everything to me. Also, he came within the time period the next day which was a Saturday and took care of everything. I feel very confident in the installation that Brian and his helper did with my new windshield. I would definitely hire him again. I also want to add that the cost was within my insurance policy I have against glass breakage and I do not know exactly what American and Foreign Auto Glass charged.

The installers, Ricardo and Sean installed a window three weeks ago, and today reinstalled two doors. The installers are not only highly professional doing the installation (doors fit close to perfect, look and work great), but they also put extra effort into doing detailed finish work, are very clean, arrived on time, and friendly. They also installed a highly energy efficient thermo pane window three weeks ago, again outstanding. The window looks and works great. I highly recommend American Vision Windows to anyone in the valley who needs door or windows.

Extremely loooooong,detailed presentation of product and company as well as reasons to purchase their windows and installation vs. others--was informative but could have done it in half the time. I had done a lot of research and didn't need the canned presentation, just wanted my specific questions answered but he kept stopping me. That I an deal with--after all he has to make a living too. Most annoying, however, was that when it came time to write up a quote, it took him FOREVER--probably longer than the presentation itself. I would have been happy with an e-mailed quote after he figured it all out, but he wanted to complete it on the spot. Turns out that's part of their sales pitch-- the old "if you sign today" deal (which I told him I never do); then he called the "closer" (my term because it felt a bit like buying a used car!) who was willing to give me another "day to sleep on it" before the price went back up. After I emailed the sales manager the next day, he gave me until the end of the week. I appreciate a bottom line from the beginning. When purchasing something this expensive, any company that supposedly can give such a great deal, should be honest about their bottom line rather than resorting to sleazy sales techniques. If they can still make a profit at $10,000 less, than they should go with that. I guess it's not totally dishonest, just annoying, and shows lack of respect for their customers. I might have done business with them if not for this. I do believe they have a good product and good install history, but can't support a company that likely takes advantage of less wary folks.

Went very well. Were very proficient, kept us up to date on process and when windows were manufactured, when came in and process of installation. Made a huge difference in coolness of homes and insulation of sound.
They even called after work was completed and asked if everything was completed to our satisfaction.
Very good experience, great to work with.

Had a really great experience with American Vision. Looked at several completing window suppliers, but ended up using American Vision. There sales, support, and installation staff was amazing. Sales and support was very responsive when I had questions. Installation team was awesome. The quality of their install was superior. Installed all windows in a single day, including a 12-foot 3-panel, very heavy, sliding glass door. I will recommend them to others and use them on window and window treatment projects going forward.
