They were great! Everything arrived on time and in good condition. We bought quite a bit of stuff from them. It's for the whole house. Their pricing was very good and the service was excellent. Their responsiveness was very good and they were right on time. They gave us a window and they got the first beginning of the window. It was a good delivery.

They were awesome! The gentleman was not pushy, they come up to you when you come in the store, and say that if you need help you just let them know. They don't follow you around like they do in some stores. They delivered it the next day and the movers were super nice, they did a great job, and they did not bump into any wall or anything like that. That's where I am going back to buy more furniture.

This is an ENORMOUS furniture showroom and warehouse. They do have electric scooters and wheel chairs if needed. You are greeted at the door, but the sales people do not work on commission so you will not be stalked. If the place is busy, you will have to hunt down someone to help you (tip, don't wear a red shirt). They have all types of furniture - bedroom, living, dining, entertainment, accessories, plus kids furniture. We were told to take a picture of the scan code of what we wanted and find a sales person to ring it up. We were helped by Jeffrey Miller who was very nice and explained deliver to us. Minimum delivery is $49, max is $149 - depending on amount of sale. We purchased on a Saturday and opted for delivery the next Tuesday. (Sat, Sun, and Monday delivery is $10 extra) Jeff said he would call on Monday to give us our 2-1/2 hour window for delivery. He called late afternoon to say our window was 8:15 to 10:45. Our delivery team called at 8 am to say that we were their next stop. Delivery could not have been better. The glass table top was unboxed and placed where I wanted it. The rug was unwrapped, unrolled ( he even 'uncurled' the ends) and laid. The delivery team was professional, polite, and deserved an A+. AFW is a company that understands the importance of customer service. Their prices are lower than other stores, partly due to the fact that they do not offer a guarantee on anything - other than a manufacturers warranty. If you get furniture home and don't like it, or it does't fit, there will be a pickup fee equal to delivery and a restocking fee. If you know what you want and do your measurements correctly (LxWxHxD), this is a great place to shop. I have already recommended it to friends and family.
