We couldn't be happier! We moved out of our house of 23 years into a rental for 7 months. Everything needed to be out and we spent a month purging. The project morphed from a kitchen project to the whole house mostly on our request. Kamran and crew rolled with it and finished on time His guidance on quality of materials and adjustments was exceptional and when they ran into an issue they notified us and figured out a way to make it work. Our project included a new kitchen and island, removal of a wall, all new floors and carpet, new lighting throughout the house, renovate three bathrooms, new garage cabinets and floor, an RO system and a new breaker box. We have been enjoying our "new" house since the fall and enjoying it immensely. We would highly recommend 123 Flooring and Kamran and his crew.

I am absolutely in awe of Kamran and his incredible crew. Kamran expertly guided me every step of the way as I undertook a home remodel project smack in the middle of a difficult moment in my life. The remodel repaired far more than my old closets and gates; it healed my soul. I realized early on that Kamran had my best interests in mind when he would guide me to specific aspects of a repair, always considering my budget and how to maximize my dollars while getting the most bag for my buck when unknown yet essential wrinkles would pop us such as I insulated parts of my attic. Kamran is a kind, level, caring human with a ton of experience working in homes of all types and sizes. He is an expert and I am in love with my house and the many repairs and upgrades he did. He staffs his crew with incredibly talented and thoughtful subcontractors, each of whom was professional, considerate, and wonderful to work with. I am so grateful and highly recommend Kamran for big or small projects!

We had a great experience with 123 Flooring. They came out the same day for estimates and did the work the next day!! When we ran into problems because of previous poor installation of flooring, they were able to take care of it at a reasonable cost. They even did a couple of extra things we needed done (like hanging a ceiling fan and some new lights for our bathroom renovation. All this for a very reasonable cost. This was a great experience for us, and we will call them next time we need work done.

I want to thank Kamran/Team for the beautiful job they completed for me on my kitchen backsplash. I contacted Kamran at 8:00a, and the crew was on the job by 3:00p. It was an ABSOLUTE PLEASURE dealing with 123 Flooring LLC from arriving to do the estimate to the completion of our flooring project over the last 2 days. Kamran showed up on time for the estimate and we received the estimate via email the next day. Kamran was very knowledgeable in explaining the flooring installation so there would be no surprises. Very timely. Cleaned up mess/scraps. A few markings/glue on walls that need to be touched up now but nothing too bad.

They were one of the lowest bidders for our flooring project, but also charged next to nothing for all the additional work they had to do (ie, leveling our base floor, moving furniture/appliances, etc.). I got along with Kamran. He didn't look down on us because we have a small house. He worked with all our requests and got the job done quickly. In the end, the bottom line is that they did a fantastic job and our house looks awesome with our new flooring. I would recommend them to friends.

They called us within 1 hour of submitting a request to this website and this was on a Sunday. They were prompt and very helpful from beginng to end. They did an amazing job and the crew that did the installation were true professionals. I can't say enough about the whole experience. I am already looking at doing another room with them.
