We were looking for a dependable mechanic here in Bullhead City to work on a problem on my Ford Probe - the engine was racing for no reason. My girlfriend put in a prayer request at the church she goes to to help us find an honest mechanic, and that's when Junior (owner of Bullhead Super Lube) gave her his card and said to get the car in there and they'd take care of it. We paid them to come pick the car up (an extra $40.00) and take it to their shop. Now HERE is where I should have stopped: They wanted my DEBIT card to get paid BEFORE they did any work on the car. They wouldn't use the VISA - only Debit. Seeing as how we got the card through the church (an answer to prayer, we thought) I figured, "why not? Give him a shot". They only took out $138.00 for THAT visit. After a few days and no word from Junior I called them up to inquire. They said come on down and pick up the car - it's finished. When I picked the car up there was some sort of oil spread all over the car. I asked Junior what it was and he said that it was an old trick of his - wiping motor oil on the car to give it a "newer look". I started the car and drove it home with no problem. Later that day the SAME TROUBLE - car engine was racing for no reason! When I called Junior back I couldn't get a return call for several days. When I finally DID get in touch with him he said "Well, get it down here and we'll take a look at it". So this time I had AAA tow it down there. While I was there I mentioned to him that we had a bit of work that needed to be done on our Jeep as well...keep in mind that I'm still conviced that the man is going to actually REPAIR my car. I told him that once he finishes with the car we would be bringing the Jeep in to have the Air Conditioning repaired. Junior actually wanted to charge me AGAIN for working on the car, but I told him no way - he never fixed it to begin with. After a few days I went to pick the car up AGAIN, and once again the car made it home with no problem. It actually worked FINE for a few days, so we drove the jeep down there just to have some old vaccuum lines replaced and an oil change. Well, the CAR still races and as a BONUS (remember I said that I was going to have him check the AC on my JEEP? Well NOW my CAR's AC no longer works. This is a car that I've had for 11 years and the AIR HAS ALWAYS BLOWN COOOOLD!!! He sabotaged my AC thinking he would get some more "work" from me - and when I got the JEEP back (this one costed me $160.00 for the "work" on the Jeep) the HEATER NO LONGER WORKED. Now I've got both vehicles sitting here in my driveway and the VACCUUM LINES on BOTH VEHICLES have been pulled, plugged, re-routed and I can't make heads-or-tails of any of it. So when you go see Junior at Bullhead Super Lube and he starts telling you about Jesus, KEEP IN MIND that this guy is NOTHING MORE THAN A WOLF IN SHEEPS CLOTHING. He uses the CHURCH to get business and he WILL NOT MAKE THINGS RIGHT. Do yourself a favor and DON'T GO TO BULLHEAD SUPER LUBE. You'll just get taken.
