Awful! The staff screwed up the order from Day One -- Nov 10, 2016. We were given an install date in December, and we tore out the old kitchen in anticipation. But on the day in question, installers did not show up. Instead, another measuring team showed up. They claimed that the original measurements were wrong, and that the cabinets that got delivered to the store were all wrong, and the order had to be completely done over from scratch. Weeks went by, and finally the cabinets and an installer showed up. But one cabinet was delivered broken, and had to be reordered. More weeks went by, the replacement cabinet arrived, and days later a measuring person showed up for the countertops -- but only after badgering the store managers to make that happen! Now the measuring person told us another 2-4 weeks for the countertops to arrive! Meanwhile, store personnel, HQ Customer Service, etc. keep promising to solve the problem, but little progress is made. Furthermore, it is costing me at least $1,500 a month on lost rental income, because there is not a usable kitchen!

Description of Work: Two projects - One in Flagstaff AZ (online order of wood flooring) one in Peoria AZ (bathroom remodel - new shower glass, cabinets, countertops, recessed medicine cabinets, new light install - no tub replacement - just faucets) Flagstaff store lost our flooring after it was delivered to them - after 2 phone calls and them saying it was there - it was not there, we had to spend 2.5 hours in the store and then finally walk back to flooring and find it ourselves. One box was damaged - 3 months later we still have not received a replacement box. They just sent an email saying we had to return the damaged box (which the manager told us to take and he would get a replacement) or call the vendor ourselves and file a claim. We spent hours on phone calls trying to rectify. Final claim reply today I requested a refund. |Bath remodel - contractor didn't show up 3 times and showed up late the first time after a no-show (with no tolls to install new cabinets - they borrowed my husbands tools and shims) Cabinets were not installed properly, doors rubbing against trim. We have to call them back out after it took 2 months to get them to finish. They used a carpenter to do plumbing and electrical work. Never again!
