"This was a complete Manufactured Home repipe with Pex Pipe, With New 40 gallon Manufactured Home Gas Water Heater, And a Designated Line Hot Water Recirculating Pump ran to bottom of Water Heater. ( 65 Feet from Front kitchen to Back of Home Water Heater ) Designated lines run water thru separate Hot Water line to Bottom of Water Heater..(More Efficient). Recirculating Pump units purchased in hardware stores have a cross link under sink and hot water runs thru cold line to recirculate, thus now you have hot water in your cold line. Not a very efficient system. Let us see what we can do in your home to have instant HOT water."
We have experienced several leaks in our plumbing under our home due to having Polybutylene pipe. We called him for an estimate and within a few days he came and gave us an estimate and told us he could do it in one day. We had received an estimate from the plumbing company who had been coming and repairing the different leaks, they estimated between $4,000.00- $5,000.00 and would take 2-3 days to do the job.
We called Courtesy Manufactured Home Plumbing back and he set us an appointment within just a couple of days. He arrived at the time he gave us and finished the job in one day!!!! He is very polite and professional.
We would and have recommended him to everyone who has a manufactured home with this defective piping under their home!!!!!
"This Home was In Buckeye, Arizona, Repiped in PEX Pipe. Homeowner had multiple leaks because of Defective Polybutylene Pipe. Two between biding the Job and Repiping. Homeowner added some extra work, an outside anti-freeze Hydrant in front of Home. Large Double wide home with End to End Bathrooms. See what we can do for you in your Manufactured Home. www.courtesymhplbg.com"
"This Manufactured Home was in North Phoenix. Many, many, Repairs done on Polybutylene pipe thru out the years. It is Unfortunate that Home owners spend Hundreds of Dollars on repairs before a Repipe is Performed. Repiped the Home in Pex Pipe. Water Heater came from the factory as a 110volt, 20 Gallon Unit, for a 2 bathroom Home. Wiring was # 12, so was able to upgrade Breaker in Electrical Panel to 220 volt 2 pole and installed a new 40 Gallon Water heater. ELIMINATING POLYBUTYLENE PIPE IN MANUFACTURED HOMES ONE HOME AT A TIME...SINCE 1994"
Cost is between company and me not public.
"This Manufactured Home is in Prescott Canyon Estates. This Home Had the DEFECTIVE POLYBUTYLENE PIPE in it, not PVC like the Homeowner wrote. Many of the Homes in this Development have been Repipe by my Company since 1994, Many under the Class Action Suit. Since July 31st 2005 Homeowners have had to pay out of pocket, to be free of this Pipes Unpredictable Nature. Call and see what we can do to Help Free you from your Polybutylene Pipe Plumbing Problems."
"This was a Repeat Customer. This Manufactured Home had Galvanized Supply lines in the home and they wanted them out due Being Old and Rust Particles Breaking off and Plugging up the water flow. Replaced with Pex Pipe and Sleeved below the Home with 1/2 Inch Rubber Pipe wrap. 1000's of Manufactured & Mobile Homes Repiped by our Company Since 1992"
"This Water Heater Replacement was in Conjunction with a Complete Repipe. Home Owner had a Busted Polybutylene Pipe Below the Home and Wanted to Get the Defective Pipe out of the Home. The Water Heater was After the Fact in Wanting the Repipe Done."
Was very knowledgeable .. answered all questions and explained work before starting.
Could not find any fault with any of the work done.. would not hesitate to call him again.
"This is the Repipe in Conjunction with Water Heater Replacement. Replaced with Pex Pipe. Homeowners also Upgraded Manufactured Home Tub/Shower Faucets. This Home is also in the Villages Dewey, AZ"
"This was in an Older Residential Home, Cabin, Basement. Removed old wash sink and used some Existing plumbing and Added plumbing ( P-Trap ) and Supply Water Lines, Ball Valve Shut-offs to hook up a Wash Machine."
On Monday, Labor Day, he called and asked if he could stop by to introduce himself and get a better look at the house. He stopped over in the time frame he quoted. He was neat and clean and professional in appearance and demeanor. He said the quote of $2,800 was appropriate and that he would start Wednesday morning at 7:30 AM.
He arrived at 7:30 AM, worked all the way through the day with only about a 10 minute lunch break and finished at 4:30 PM. After completing the job, he checked for leaks, then cleaned up any mess and that was it.
All in all, he did very good work, all installations were clean and neat, fittings and valves appropriately placed, no leaks at all. Couldn't ask for a better experience.
"This was a Large Home with Hard access to both Showers. Had to go thru Cabinets to get to and replace the Polybutylene Pipe. The Master Bathroom had a tub/shower combination and separate shower, not usually seen. Also a Tub/sink in the garage had to be repiped. Provided 1/4 copper pipe and ball valve shut off to Ice maker under kitchen sink area, for ease and quick shut off. This is 1 of Many Manufactured Homes this year repiped by our Company."
"This was a Customer in Cordes Jct. The water heater was a 40 Gallon ELECTRIC from Loews and for a mobile home. The difference from a Standard Electric water heater and a Mobile Home water heater are, (Mobile Home W H 150.00 more money, inlet and outlet on side if water heater not on Top, Existing pipe can be extended to top of Heater, Only ONE 1 Bottom Element in the unit NO top element so no fast recover) All these factores should be considered before purchasing a Manufactured Home water heater. You are paying more money for less Product. Only Gas water heaters need to say For use in a Mobile Home to Meet Code. Electric have no such code. Call if you have ANY Questions."
"This home was inbetween Chino Valley and Paulden. 40 Gallon Gas Manufactured Home Water Heater Per Code. No real Issues here. FYI All Gas Water heaters Must Be mark for a Manufactured Home to Meet Code. All other Water Heaters install not stamped For Manufactured Home will not meet a Sell Inspection. You will be left with the cost of a change out to sell your home."
We would not hesitate to recommend Courtesy Plumbing and Jerry Frederick for any kind of professional plumbing.
"This was second home for member in the villages, Dewey, AZ. The Showers here in both bathrooms were back to back, with one shower fixture being inexcessable. It also backed up on the wash machine wall. By cutting back some wall studs, I was able to reach in where wash machine fixture box was and remove old fittings and install new fittings and bring pipe over to wash machine area to hook up supply pipes. Water checked shower first, before installing wash machine shut-offs. Installed wash machine shut-offs and recheck for secure repipe. Not many, but unfortunately some homes have this situation in them. My Company will do all needed to acommodate your repipe needs."
Frederick. I hate to shed a poor rating on his glory! Trust me I would
have loved to give him a great rating!! But Im not so happy. He has yet
to return my 2nd Call where he asked that I call back and leave a
message with what I needed done!! What?! This was a first for me!!! I
wanted to possibly hire him and he put ME to WORK right off the bat!!! I
called him and he was on the other line. He was on his cell and he had
said that he had my number. Customer service would have said "I
appreciate your call and opportunity to earn your business and Ill call
you right back okay?! Ill help out with the business overload. Ill
move on down the list of service providers.
"I appreciate Members Review. It shows that at times Contractors Mean well and at times get busy and overloaded and some Customers unfortunately do fall thru the cracks. I do give my sincere apologies to Member. Sorry I was unable to give here my quick and full attention. Being a small company and Specific in my trade ( Manufactured Homes ) I Try my hardest to be on top of things. And I do not seek GLORY but only have a track record of satisfiyed customers, as is seen in all other reviews.Perhalps in working with Member I also would have had her as another satisfied customer."
"This Manufactured Homeowner had a Bad Leak in outlet nipple (hot side), that had been Ongoing for sometime till it finally let loose. It had leaked for sometime damaging water heater, floor and drywall walls.Out of sight out of mind. It pays to look in on your water heater from time to time to prevent future Problems."
Premises were left in excellent condition with no traces of this major plumbing project.
"This was a 1 Bath Park Model W/ Stackable Washer and Dryer and Up for Resale. Many Buyers will not purchase a home if the know Defective Polybutylene pipe remains in the Home. They will either walk away or negotiate a lower price for a repipe. Best to have a leg up on the competition with a home FREE of Defective Plumbing. 1000's of homes repipe by our Company."
