the kid was nice enough, but he did not take care on how he stomped around on the roof of my mobile home. So we will see during the next heavy rain if I have leaks. He fixed a valve that was broken and then tried to sell me a $300 water pump. A whole new cooler cost less than $500. After reading my frustration on FB a friend came over, cleaned the existing pump and unit is working fine. My understanding that the service to get my evap started up for the season (it had been drained and shut down for the winter) included cleaning but my friend says that was not done. So it sounds like besides the valve all he did was turn the water on and stomp around a lot.

Frank the plumber did a great job and Jennifer the dispatcher was very courteous and professional. However I will not use this company again as I feel they are way overpriced for the work that was done but no problems with either the plumber or the dispatcher thought they were very good just the price was too high

Repaired a dishwasher and offered a one year warranty on parts and labor. The dishwasher has stopped working for the same reason as before and the company will not reply to my requests for warranty service.

They did a nice clean job but had no idea that replacing a faucet was so expensive. It should be noted that they were competitively priced.

My refrigerator was dead! Ireally did not want to have to buy a new one. Matt came out and found out that the starter for my compresser needed to be replaced. He went out and got a new one only to find they had kits. So he went ahead and assembled the starter kit and installed it. My refrigerator now works fine!

He resolved my major plumbing issue and then threw in a part for smaller issue I had for free! The company called me shortly after I filled in the Home Advisor information online and scheduled my appointment for exactly when I needed. Very prompt and professional.

We were quoted $410 to replace a valve. The Moen website listed the sale price of the valve as $77. The estimated time to replace the defective valve is between 15 minutes and 30 minutes.

I told the initial person that called to arrange the service call that I had three things to be done. When the tech arrived, I went over all three items. He gave us a price and we agreed. He had to order parts and come back two days later. After he left, I saw only two of the items on the repair order. When he came back the second time, he made the repairs from the list and we paid him. I talked to him twice about what had to be done to the one appliance and he still never did it. He conveniently left it off the paperwork. We value proper work being done on items that we request and get an accurate price. If they fudged on a small item, what would they do on a larger item? We are extremely careful when we deal with a new company. They did not earn our trust on this repair order.

I thought by talking to the Customer Service reps and the initial meeting with the repairman that I would be able to give a glowing report about Professors of Plumbing. The initial work is very good however, the last hour of the work seemed rushed as if the repairman had to be out of there at a certain time. He did not check his work and left me with a shower head not replaced, 2 leaking drains, a bath faucet head with the hot and cold reversed, a dangling shower flange and exposed edge on the bathtub fixture. He was very good about coming back the next day and correcting all errors - including picking up his tool for the water meter that he left in his haste. I was greatly disappointed that at no point did I get an apology for the errors. In fact he stated that the original builder (30 years ago) had crosssed the water pipes and his insert should have been correct. He would have recognized his error had he bothered to turn the water on to check........
