Dropped off 7 dogs 5 mini schnauzers 1 Bichon, 1 Silky Terrier. They all had baths and haircuts. They use my shampoo because some of my dogs have allergies. They all were ready in about 3 hours. The dogs all looked great. They helped load them up in the SUV.

They are very professional, and it is a very good place. We have recommended several of our friends and neighbors, and they love the place. Their price is very competitive. I wish things were cheaper, but there is a cost to business, and we are happy. They are really good with responsiveness, and they are always on time, or ahead of time. They seem very professional.

late for appts. to groom my schnauzer...poked him in the eye which cost me 150.00 to take care of the eye with the vet. i did not seek restitution as i was determined to find another groomer that i would be happy with. needless to say i was not happy with them.

Super nice, spent a long time answering my questions and was willing to avoid shaving if at all possible. The groomer was completely able to use only brushing. Our kitty looked amazing and the groomer told us that if we brush her daily she'd never need a professional groomer again!
So, we immediately started to use them for grooming our dog!

Our dog looked very nice after the dog grooming service they performed. They even put a nice pink bow on our dog's collar which we like to see on our female golden.

From the time we initially set the appointment for the grooming through picking up the cat the personal of Prestige Pet Salon were very courteous and professional. It was a delight to do business with them and look forward to the same attention in the future.

Upon arriving I was greeted by a very professional and friendly staff member.She went over in detail how I wanted the dog groomed and cut. Also she did not try to upsell me with any additional spa services etc. They completed the dog earlier than expected and had done an exceptional job. I would highly recommend this business.

We have a pet grooming salon very close to our house, but decided their convenience and low rate ($35 for the same package) wasn't worth the inconsistant service. We first asked friends and family members for a referral of a reputable company, but no one could offer a groomer worth a mention. So, we Googled pet groomers in our area and made three calls. One was priced at a steep $55 for the specified services, another never returned our message and the third was PPS. PPS immediately answered the phone and was very friendly and professional. We were able to schedule an appointment for our Pomeranian the next day. When we arrived, the salon was clean, organized and both pet and people friendly. The groomer quoted us 3-4 hours, but was certain it would be closer to 3. It was nice that we received a call to pick up our dog after 3 hours, just as they had said. We were extremely happy with the cut, adorable bows, soft hair and nail trim! Our Pomeranian seemed very comfortable and happy, too! Prestige Pet Salon is highly recommended!!
