They had a good quote but there was nothing out of the ordinary that made me want to choose them.

I liked the fact that their estimate was reasonable. When it was done, they were very close to that estimate.

They were one of three companies I called for an estimate. I was impressed with the professionalism and quality of the individual who provided the estimate. I accepted this bid for the work, and it was scheduled promptly (within 2 workdays). Communication was clear. Workers arrived on time, and finished ahead of schedule!

The Payne & Sons workman arrived at my house at the designated date and time to perform the repairs on the roof. They were very professional, and completed the work within four hours. They cleaned up the roof after making the repairs, and the costs were exact to the estimate. I had the roof inspected again after the repairs, and it passed with flying colors. I would utilize Payne & Sons for any future roofing needs, and highly recommend to others.

It was a little hard to get a hold of them and they delayed their appointment time. The price was the least expensive.

I got an estimate on a Friday by Brad. He was on time and very nice. He told me that I would be called in a couple of days to schedule the work. When I did not hear anything by the following Wed and I called and was told that it would probably be within the next couple of days. I received a call on Fri that the workers can come over today, but that they did not speak english very well and could I tell them what needed to be repaired. I was not comfortable with that and let the person on the phone (rebecca) know that. She said that she would try to get in touch with Sean who spoke spanish and have him relay to the workers what needed to be done. I received my bill today and called them to pay over the phone.I Was told that they do not take CREDIT CARDS, and if I wanted to use one that there would be a 3% surcharge. I spoke to Brad and he told me that was to protect them from people not paying. Strange to me how a company in business in this day and age does not accept credit cards.

THEY WERE JUST PLAIN GREAT.

IT TOOK A WHILE AFTER THE QUOTE FOR THE WORK TO BE DONE, AS THEY HAVE A LARGE BACKLOG, BUT IT WAS DONE WELL. THEY CLEANED UP VERY WELL AFTERWARDS. THIS IS THE SECOND TIME I HAVE USED THEM.

THERE WERE JUST GREAT. ON TIME, RESPONSIVE, HELPFUL AND HONEST.
