Inspected my roof, took pictures of areas of roof that need attention. Offered two solutions and explained details of each option and the cost of each option. I chose replacing shingles as the option. The job was completed in a timely manner at a fair price.

Alex from McMillan and Johnson was personable and provided a reasonable estimate. Promised he would not 'find' any additional items. However, made a suggestion to add the sealant after starting the project. We agreed to the additional cost, but the neighbor would not cooperate by moving his car to avoid any damage from the spray. We will potentially use his services for other projects, such as painting exterior and interior house.

Had a section of shingles blown off and needed an emergency repair. They showed up on time and fixed the portion of the roof same day. Would recommend to anyone

They replaced the flat roof on the back of my home and fixed lots of bad wood. Apparently there was a small slow leak for years though I just noticed it and it done some damage to the eves on the side of my home too. It was all repaired and then the roof replaced
