The tech that performed the service was very professional and accommodating. I hired them to return and perform the service bi-monthly.

As usual, they call up and schedule when ~2 months have gone by. They were flexible to schedule it in morning before I leave for work; and the person was right on time at 7.15am. I havent seen any bug yet.

It went very well. The technician was educated and informed. I was provided with a certificate of what chemicals were used and how much volume was used. He spent a good deal of time spraying inside and outside the house. I did not feel the press to sign a monthly contract as I had with another company. My overall experience was very positive and would definitely recommend.

WE never heard from Green Mango Pest Control even after we notified Angie's List that we had not heard from them. It appears they just didn't want our business so we want a refund.

This is a follow-up from last review. This was once-in-2-month visit for preventive treatment. A week earlier we found 1 dead cockroach in laundry room and 1 live one on stairs to second floor. Therefore, treatment was done indoors as well as outdoors. No sight of any other insect so far.  The company is good at scheduling the visit every 2 months, and automated payment is hassle-free on their account.

They applied the treatment very liberally around the foundation of the house.  It's too soon to tell, but I was assured that if scorpions reappear after the first couple of weeks, they will return for a follow-up treatment.

I have had two experiences with the Green Mango team up to this point. I had an initial flush out service done in late November and then a monthly service on the 31st of December. Both times the techs have been top-notch in regards to professionalism and attention to quality. They have never seemed in a rush to finish and took their time to ensure a good coverage using their products. Additionally, all my contact with the company on the phone has been very pleasant and I am very pleased with the price I pay for my services, especially since they use high quality products that are composed mostly of all natural ingredients. The amount of attention that this company pays to the small details is wonderful and from my experience so far, they have a customer for life.

Gary did a very thorough job in treating for termites. Our patio has a tile floor. We watched him drill holes in the grout,etc and today you have to look very hard to see any change to the grout. We are very pleased with his work. He is a professional.

First visit: ~$20 first time treatment including scorpion prevention.

1 month later second visit for the periodic treatment $70

Next visit is due ~Jan 1. $70. After initial treatment, they charge $70 for visiting every 2nd month. Effectively $35/month.

It has been 1.5 months since last visit, and I saw one dead cricket, and that is all. So far perfect!!

The service person showed up at the scheduled time and walked me through the entire process. He was knowledgeable and professional.
The treatment required drilling around the entire house then each hole was plugged. You can barely tell where he drilled. The service took about 5 hours to complete.

Easy to schedule and set up. I was charged $20 for initial treatment, apparently Angie's list image saying free does not work anymore. I have set up recurring appointments every two weeks. 
It has been only 3 weeks so far, havent seen any scorpions or even ants. Will update in couple of months.

We pay them $65 bi-monthly.  The first time when they came out and did an inspection and treatment, there was no cost and then we agreed to have them do the bi-monthly.  They have been prompt with that and we have had no issues with any kind of insects or pests.

Very interesting presentation on iPad. Loved it!

Green Mango came to my door presenting their services for pest and termite control. They came with a nifty presentation on their iPad...really cool and informative. I am not at the place to purchase yet. Will definitely call them when I am ready though.

Overall, everything is good. We have no bugs, so I would recommend them.
