It was a pleasure meeting James and his crew and having them fix the hail damage and coat my roof. James was very helpful in suggesting the proper coating for the job and not the most expensive (unlike another company that tried to convince me to put in a whole new roof!) The work is top notch and the warranty is outstanding. Communication with this company was breeze and I am confident that they will stand by their work! Highly recommended.

From my first contact with Jim he appeared polite on the phone, After looking at my project, he communicated well with regard to what needed to be done and the process involved. He was on time each and every visit . The MSW work was neat and they cleaned up after each day. I had several other companies quote my project. MSW was price competitive. I hired MSW to paint an exterior of a house I was renovating. They were very knowledgeable about the different types of paints available and helped me decided which products would be best suited for my project. They showed up on time and completed the project within 3 days at the price originally quoted. Their price was comparable to other quotes I had received but what set them apart from other contractors was their attention to detail. The house looks great and I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

He came exactly on time to give an estimate, took many pictures, described each of them thoroughly, and gave a good estimate. On the day the work was scheduled, He arrived on time at 10:50 and was finished at 4. He was well dressed, very polite, conscientious, and efficient. So were his helpers. He said he’d keep me in his book and call me yearly to come out and inspect, and that the white coating should last 6 years. Our roof was 4400 square feet, and his price was very reasonable.

On time price exactly as initially quoted fixed the leak immediately. Did such a good job that I rehired them to repair work done by another contractor 2 years later. Should have learned.

This is not the first time we are doing our roof, but this is definitely the best experience on all levels.
