I was very impressed with George from the beginning of our estimate quote which was a price I felt was very fair for my budget. I like that fact this business is family owned and All the George's and even little Jim were very polite and respectful. I was not quite sure which type of roof repair I was looking for but my conversation with George lead me in the best economical and financial direction for my situation....I trust that GM Contractors will stand behind their quality work.

They were prompt to provide me with an estimate and began work within days. Very thorough explanation of required repairs and cleaned up work area nicely. Will likely call them back for a house painting quote too. Relieved to check off another home project so quickly. Would highly recommend GM Contracting to others.

Excellent. The area under my AC unit, developed a leak into my house. George recommended raising the unit, replacing the support beams and re-coating the entire flat roof. Additionally he found a low spot on the roof that would have been a future problem. Also he painted my front door. He provided an upgraded roof coating and the front door paint at no charge.

George is a great guy - came out in a timely fashion to spray foam my flat roof - he widened my scuppers for me - I would recommend

Professional, helpful, just great all around customer service.

I often do not take the low bid, but I checked references and appreciated the time taken to explain the work including some extra details other bidders did not offer. The work was completed promptly and with excellent quality. Other bids were considerably higher.

George was great and the work was done as promised;

George is the best!!! He called me the minute I placed my bid request and came out and gave me a bid the same day. He gave me a thorough description of the problem and a very reasonable bid. He completed the work early, cleaned everything up perfectly and did a beautiful job fixing the roof.

Imformed me of the scope of the work being done and what should be done in the future and the costs involved. Very professional and got the job done early.

Working with George McMillan was a pleasure. He did a beautiful job on my roof and was always helpful and considerate. Also the price was quite reasonable.

George came out in the RAIN, got up on my roof and patched it with "dry-patch". He told me it would need to be fixed when it dries out, and that the leak was due to the solar. He called me almost immediately after I submitted the request and was at my house in 10 minutes. Great customer service and I look forward to hiring him to fix my mess. Very polite and GREAT customer service.
