Dippity Do Dog

This was my first time at Dippity Do Dog - Annie did a great job with both of them and they are two very different breeds. My toy schnauzer was a matted mess and they didn't charge me extra to shave her down. Annie was about 30 minutes late for our appointment but in her defense it was because the freeway was shut down. As a consolation, Annie brushed both dogs' teeth, free of charge. I will absolutely take them back when they need to be groomed again.

New to the area, we looked for a location close to our home. I had to call a few times to reach someone. I had to wait in my car for the receptionist and groomer to open shop which was slightly past opening and waited while they scrambled to get set up. I didn't get a feel that it was a very professionally run business but reluctantly left the dog for her services. Even though I had an appointment, it was about 3h before they called me to pick her up. When I did, my dog acted very odd and unlike I have ever seen. Later at home I noticed she had a raw spot on the front of her neck. I had to remove her collar and medicate the area. I cannot prove they caused this but it was where their leash would have been wrapped around her neck. I gave a C for the average customer service and bath service. I would give an F if I had more proof. We will not take her back.

I took my dog in there to get her groomed. She was not ready when she was suppose to be, half of the leash they use was over her face and eye and not around her neck during this and I had to tell them. She would not eat when she was suppose to once we got her home and she was scared to death of a brush, she took off running when we brought it out. We would never take her back again as something happened. This is a six year old dog and she gets groomed on a regular basis and brushed daily and after this she would not allow us to do this for a while.

Their services have been awesome! They showed up on time. They were also very pleasant, professional, and courteous. We have a really nervous dog, and they made her feel very comfortable.

We liked them! They treated my dog well and did a good job. We don't recall having any problems, they just aren't located close to us, so we haven't been there in awhile.

The services have been really good. They've been consistent; they keep a profile of each dog, so they always get it right regardless of whether or not a different employee does the grooming. Their price is about the same as other groomers and I've been extremely happy with them overall.

I'm very picky about who groomed my dog, and I know they took good care of her. They did a great job and I could tell they really cared about my dog.

They do a great job, very nice, punctual and very careful with the dogs. It's a nice place because if you want to pay more money, they have a self service where you can take your dog in there, use their facility to wash your dog and that's kind of convenient to do that.

I take my dog every where so I decided to stop in this place next to a Fry's in a nice area since it was time for her grooming and I was meeting a friend in the area. The place was cute and clean. I should have known by the woman at the counter that it wasn't going to be a professional experience. The job got done but I'm afraid I regret ever stopping at this place. First they couldn't tell me how long it would be, then I had to keep calling to check to see when they would be done. Finally 4 hours later, I picked her up and was disappointed at the uneven hair trim and nail trim. I won't return or recommend this place ever.
