Bradley carpet cleaning is a family owned and operated company based in chandler, AZ. Our goal is to give the customer a better experience, and a better, cleaner, and healthier carpet. Our carpet cleaning is done by a truck mounted hot water extraction unit with the ability to clean at 230 degrees. Higher heat means cleaner carpets. Most germs perish at 100 degrees c or 212 degree f. A large number of truck mount carpet cleaners can only produce 170 degree f water. Bradley carpet cleaning also utilizes a tool called a rotovac on most jobs. (Berbers and commercial carpets are done with a wand). The rotovac does additional agitation which tremendously adds to our ability to clean deep ground in soil and traffic areas. When your house is being cleaned, you will always have the owner working for you. No scary subs will be in your home. We clean carpets, both residential and commercial. Tile and grout cleaning, and upholstery cleaning. We have several packages available to fit your needs and budget. We only use high quality products and neutralizing those products as part of our process. Many cleaners leave the carpet in a high PH state. When the carpets are left in a high PH state they will recoil quicker, than before they were cleaned. They arrived on time, were very professional, provided information regarding the process they use and assisted with small moves of furniture. These carpets were replaced in 2004 and they look just as new as the day they were installed. I have had them cleaned by other companies and their service does not compare to the quality of Bradley Carpet Cleaning Service. At the last minute, I inquired if they could clean my kitchen area chairs and they had no problem with this last minute request while they were here and their charge per chair as minimal to other quotes that I have received from other companies. I will definitely being using them for all my carpets cleaning needs in the future.

Showed up right on time. Very detailed. Found stains that I did not see. Did not try to upcharge me on anything. There was a straight price per square foot. I believe he was there over 4 hours and did not rush the job on a Friday afternoon. Very professional. Would definitely recommend and use again.

Bradley Carpet Cleaning is simply the best. Brian (the owner) is exactly what customers want when they hire a carpet cleaning service. He is extremely professional and deeply passionate about his business. He provided advice, pointers and his expertise on how to keep our carpets sparkling clean. He took our dungy carpets and made them look brand new again! We never have to look for carpet cleaners ever again and this makes us VERY happy. Seriously, if you're anything like us, you may have read many reviews and even received multiple quotes from other services(I have been burned in the past). Good news, you can stop looking now -Brian is your man.

Brian, the owner operator, showed up exactly when scheduled and measured the rooms I wanted cleaned, then gave me a price. Brian took the time to explain each step of the process and even showed me how to clean my tile when I asked about tile cleaning. The three step process that was used works very well (see Bradley's website for details) and it is amazing how thick my carpet feels now; like it was new again eventhough it is eleven years old. What can I say, if you want a quality job done at a reasonable price I would not hesitate to use Brian Bradley's carpet cleaning service.

He came in and treated all stained areas.
Very carefully, he went over the entire carpets in all
the rooms. My husband and I are very clean but we do have
an occasional stain from a coffee spill or makeup.
He did a great job and we have found no one that can do the job

Brian called once he got to my rental home, explained the damage offered suggestions, and even told me the family room didn't need to be cleaned! I appreciate his advice and his honesty in not trying to up sell me. I will be using him again!

I've used Bradley Carpet Cleaning before and loved the work that he did as well as his work ethic. He did not disappoint this time either. He is not the cheapest carpet cleaner you'll find, but his prices are definitely competitive. I've also learned that with carpet cleaning, you get what you pay for. He cleans the carpet like he's cleaning his own house. We purchased three homes that we were preparing for rental. In one, the pet urine smell was obvious. In another, the home prep crew actually recommended that we replace the carpet. In all three, he did an absolutely fantastic job. I was impressed with the results. The carpets looked (and smelled) great! I'll continue to use him in the future because I know that I'm getting the best cleaning possible.

I requested quotations from several companies for the job. Brian responded quickly and thoroughly with a very detailed response to my request. I was impressed with his knowledge, and he showed a determination to do a good job. I was able to schedule the carpet cleaning very quickly. He arrived promptly and was professional and courteous. Unfortunately, a piece of his equipment broke and too much water ended up in my carpets. They were so wet, all the windows in my house were covered with condensation. I called Brian about the issue, and he returned and completely re- extracted the water from my carpets. He also left multiple fans blowing to increase drying. I was impressed with his response and hard work and would hire him again.

I have 13 year old white wall to wall carpet that has been great.
In the past 2 years we have introduced 2 grand kids, 2 poodles and a lot of general traffic.
As if the additions were not enough, I procrastinated on cleaning the carpet.
Bottom line....I called Bradley Carpet Cleaners to do a final cleaning before we redo our floors. I thought if they could get even 50% of the spotting and traffic patterns out, it would buy us a few months as I am not looking forward to redoing the floors.
Well, we paid for a cleaning...we got a full restoration! No kidding. the carpet went from "on its last legs but too bad to not be embarrassed" to being and looking like it did a year after we installed it.
I cannot say enough about the results, the service and pricing. DO NOT HESITATE TO US THESE FOLKS, THEY ARE WORTH TWICE THE PRICE.

I contracted Bradley Carpets and Floor Cleaning from my phone in Minnesota after purchasing a home in Chandler, I was relying on the great reviews he received on Angie's list. I was not disappointed in any way. He cleaned and sealed every floor surface in my home and they looked fantastic. When I came out to visit the home Brian, the owner of the company, met me and explained the work he had done. We had a two hour converstaion about the floors, Phoenix and many other things. He gave me some great ideas and when he left he gave me a gallon of commercial grade tile cleaner and shine as a gift. Brian is a generous, industrious and honest businessman and I have great respect for him in the way he treats his customers and performs his work. He told my he cleans every floor as he would his own grandmother's floor and I believe him.

I was very happy with my last carpet cleaner, but I lost his business card. After checking on Angie's List, I chose Brian's company because of their great reviews, and because I prefer to have my carpets cleaned with a rotovac. Not everyone has this equipment. Brian was very friendly and knowledgeable. He informed me of every detail from how the chairs would go on blocks to which carpet products are good to use. As I said, I thought my last carpet cleaner was great, and I'm very picky. I couldn't believe what my 7-year old, dog-trodden carpet looked like when Brian was done. It was back to its complete original color, and there were no signs of wear paths. In the past, I was told the paths could be cleaned up, but never really taken away, which I totally understood. What I didn't understand was how Brian was able to actually remove them! He even showed me a comparison photo he took of an area he had cleaned beside one that wasn't done yet. I had him send it to me so I could show friends. It was amazing. He also used a wand to clean all the edges, and was incredibly thorough. It took about 3 hours for 700 square feet of actual carpet cleaned, including the time he spent cleaning a 20-year old recliner (very noticeable improvement). Would I recommend him to others? Let's put it this way - his business card is now quite firmly taped to my refrigerator.

When I made my call I explained that I live in California and needed service for my Mothers home in Chandler, AZ, that she was experiencing dust mites. I saw that they used a high temp when steam cleaning carpets & upholstery, and knew this was exactly what I needed to kill the mites. They gave me great advise and mentioned using Anti-Allergens as well. They went out to her house prior to doing the job so they could see what work needed to be done...they knew it was a big job but worked hard to keep the charges down. They ordered the products needed and we scheduled a date for the next week.
When they came out to do the job they moved all the furniture, beds too. I had them do carpets, upholstery, mattresses, floor tiles, and rugs! They did 7 rugs and didn't charge me for them! As I said the job was big and they were very careful of keeping the bill at a reasonable price, throwing in discounts, etc.
They left the house looking BEAUTIFUL! Sparkling clean!!!! My Mother is AMAZED with their work and the kindness that went with it! They treated my Mother as though she was their mother and that made me feel GREAT!
HAVE ONLY GREAT THINGS TO SAY ABOUT THIS COMPANY! I WILL CONTINUE TO USE THEM OVER AND OVER AGAIN!

Brian exceeded my expectations. The carpet is a light color and is over 20 years old. Brian worked for at least 2 hours and cleaned way more than 200 sq. ft. When he finished, the carpet looked almost new. He was professional and careful around my furniture. He even left plastic booties for me to walk in while the carpet was wet.
