GARY'S RESIDENTIAL ROOFING

I called Gary's Residential Roofing about 3 weeks ago. He was going out of town for a couple of days to do a roofing job, so he said he'd give me an estimate when he returned. A few days later he called and told me he was on his way. He showed up and gave me the estimate. I had another estimate for about the same amount, but since Gary's Residential Roofing had just finished a job for one of my neighbors I chose to go with him. (the other roofer wanted $2,000 down and the rest when the job was finished.) Gary told me it would be a couple of weeks before he could do this job. He said that I was to pay in full when the job was finished. He called on a Saturday night and said that they could begin work on Monday. Gary and his crew showed up at 7 a.m. Monday morning. They took the old shingles off in sections, then they put down paper and new shingles. When they finished for the day, they picked up after themselves. While removing the shingles and the old felt paper Gary noticed that I had two bad places on the decking. He replaced the bad sections while he was up there. It took them about 3 1/2 days to complete the roof. When they finished they hauled off the old shingles, paper and all debris. They ran a magnet over the ground to pick up tacks. They were very professional. I would definitely recommend them to anyone and would definitely use them again. By the way I paid him in full upon completion. Carolyn T Pine Bluff, AR
