I'm pleased with their service but I wish it didn't cost that much. I don't have any problem with their customer service. I've been using them for quite some time. I think I'm paying too much. All the service people who have been here have been very professional, courteous and friendly.

I haven't had any problems. I called them up for an issue and on that same day I had to go to the hospital. I called them up to reschedule it, but they offered to come after I came back from the hospital and they did it.
