Top Hat Chimney & Roofing

These guys were quick and professional. They were also very friendly. They cleaned both my chimney and fireplace insert without leaving any mess behind. I would recommend them to others.

They were late on the initial inspection, but made up for it by easily working with me to reschedule.

Thay might have don a good job. but thay true stuf around and did not kline up like thay should.I head to call the co. two get them two stop making all that nose.

I had a 10am appt time, I had to call them at 10:20 because no one had shown up or called. I was told I would be called right back with an update, but had to call them again at 10:50 to see what was going on. The tech arrived around 11:20. The actual work was done professionally and in a timely manner.

Amazingly well informed and willing to help me completely understand my fireplace's issues (and how not to recreate them in the future). I will be calling them shortly to do the repairs I am in need of. Jake was wonderful, helpful, patience and thorough!

Highly recommend. Will hire again. Everybody at Top Hat is tops. They are friendly, they clarified my doubts, they made sure I did not order anything that I did not need, they made an appointment and were there right on time, they finished in a jiffy, and explained the work done. They all insisted that, if the issue appears again, I just need to call, and they will take care of it. Excelent!

Kevin called to inform me he was running late and asked if that would still work for me. When he arrived, was very pleasant and professional and got right to work completed the job without leaving a trace of soot or dirt. DId a great job explaining the condition of the chimney. My roof was damaged from hail and wind. I called Top Hat and within a few days Jake and Corey were at my house. They provided me with a very reasonable estimate and promised to have my roof completed within a week and they kept that promise. Jake was also great with follow-up after the job was completed to make sure I was completely satisfied. I will definetly recommend Top Hat to friends and family.

He was extremely professional and fit me into his already busy, packed schedule. For this I was very grateful. His employees were also extremely professional and courteous.
