Auto Glass
This could not have gone worse. Rich Reely (franchiser) came to perform the work. He was difficult to communicate with leading up to the installation, and then arrived late, parked in the yard after a rain, and spent 4.5 hours to do what I am told is a 1.5 hour job. The glass installation was fine, but the damage that he did to the vehicle during, and the damage that he caused afterwards due to faulty wiper installation was not okay. I contacted him to resolve, and he wanted to come back and inspect; we set up a time, and he came and picked a fight. I am in process of filing a suit against this franchisee, though I have been told that he is selling his franchise. I do not believe all Novus locations to be this way, but I will not be using them again.
