The work and customer service were superior, most impressive company I ever dealt with and I am perfectionist. The tech saved me money, he made me feel comfortable and made my decision making easier when I needed the repair made after hours. Very informative and friendly.

Frank was helpful and informative, he explained what to look out for. He was neat and there was no mess. He did a really good job.

There were straight forward in their estimate. No fluff or shady car salesmen tactics. Answered all my questions and even inspected all my ducting on the first visit. Competitive pricing and did a great job even though my attic is a pain to move around in.

On Saturday afternoon,Mar 9, I was visiting my 94 mother In her home and she told me that her heating unit was not working correctly. She was very stressed about the issue. It would not adjust and the temperature in the house was almost 90. I called some local companies but every one of them was closed. Some went to voicemail and others had an answering service respond.None would come out to try to fix her system unless she could pay $100/hour point to point. Obviously, that was not acceptable.My husband searched the web for a repair service and found Franklin Heating and Air.I called them and a person answered. I explained the situation.She said she would have someone call me back in 10 minutes.The owner, Will, called back within a few minutes. Again I explained the situation and also let him know what I had already tried to see if the system would reboot. He said he would see where his techs were and get back to me. Again a few minutes later he called back to say Frank would be on his way. Will did say that Frank would be about an hour. About a half hour later Frank called to let us know he was in transit and would be there in about a half hour. He arrived almost to the minute of when he said he would.The first thing he did upon entering the house was to put booties over his shoes Unheard of He checked the system which was in the basement with outside access. Each time he left o go to the basement he took off his booties and then put them back on when he came back in. Both my mother and I were very impressed with Frank and the professional manner. He finally determined that the thermostat was faulty and luckily had one last one in his truck. He replaced it and we were good to go. Mother had proper heat and was not charged a huge amount. She was billed simply for the replaced thermostat not mileage,not point to point etc.I highly recommend this company for their outstanding customer service, professionalism,and expertise.kudos to them all.

5stars across the board. Our furnace went down the day before our weather was going to be in the low 10 s. Our service tech David, super awesome. He arrived quickly, diagnosed and informed me what the solution would be. Franklin price was excellent for an after normal business call at 8pm. I will definitely continue to use Franklin for all my future furnace maintenance needs.

They were at my house within 2 hours of contacting them. Great service. Fix was simple but really appreciate that they did not try to sell me more equipment or services

Very accommodating, professional and honest. In my time of emergency they could have taken advantage of my pocket book but were very honest and even showed me how to fix this problem in the future. I appreciate this company and they are now permanently in my phone list.

They were so helpful. Gave me great peace of mind after I tried installing something myself late one night and all my thermostats went off. Texted me and got someone out to me first thing the next day, was in and out very fast.
