OJ was exceptionally quick at returning calls, keeping me up-to-date on the progress and plans, and his crew came when they were scheduled. Project was completed in record time, from experience would have taken 3 weeks they only took 8 days. Beautiful work. Crew was very organized and kept work area clean.

OJ from Shelby properties did a A plus job. Had his workers every morning come to do the projects. He was in and out several times a day checking on the work. He never wanted any money till the jobs were done. Taking out sky line and patching the ceiling. Painted several rooms and put up recess lighting. A wonderful job done and I felt like I have made a new friend. I will never call anyone but OJ at Shelby properties,LLC to do work in my home. Highly recommend this contractor.

We hired them to install drywall after a flood where the lower half of the walls had to be ripped off. They were prompt, courteous, and accommodating. At a first glance, their work seemed to be very good, but the finishing part was not around the plug ins, lower part, and corners.
