Office Equipment Repair
I called Central Business Equipment to repair a Panasonic copier machine back in May based on a referral from a friend. It turned out that my toner cartridge was defective and needed to be replaced even though it wasn't depleted. I'm not sure if I overpaid or not, hence the C Rating, but I feel the company representative was honest and professional since he could have told me it needed an expensive repair. You can never tell about these kinds of thngs. I would like to know if anyone else has used their services and what the typical per hour rate is for copier machine repair/maintenance.
