Spot Free Cleaning Services was founded in 1997 by Corey Johns. Corey is 3rd generation in the carpet industry. Following his father and grandfather in exceptional carpet services. Spot Free asks all customers to provide us with a 24 hour notice to move or reschedule your appointment; If we do not get this notice it is near impossible to replace the appointment on our schedule. In order to keep our prices down this is greatly appreciated.

i called spot/free on 9/24 and needed our tile & grout cleaned asap. Corey, the owner, was able to work me in the next day at 4 pm. we mop our tile floors at least once week, but could see that the dirt was building up. Corey sprayed the grout, hand scrubbed it with a long handled brush and let it sit for a few minutes. he used a machine to agitate the cleaner and followed with super heated steam from a machine on his truck. the tile looks new, even after 10 years. Heck, the grout was back to the original color when we had it put down. Corey was courteous, worked hard and spent time needed on trouble areas to get them clean. I would highly recommend spot/free to anyone. it was money well spent. : )

I called Spot Free and talked with Corey Johns (owner). My first impression was that he was very professional and accommodating. He was able to come out and do the clean the next day. Everything about their service was professional (i.e equipment, cleaners, corner guards, furniture protectors, etc.). Corey goes to great measure to protect your property from damage unlike other services I have used. He did a BEAUTIFUL job on my carpet and was able to remove stains that another company could not. The grout in my kitchen floor looked like the day it was put in. I was so impressed with this company and would highly recommend them to anyone. I will be calling them once a year!

This company was very prompt (even a little early) and very professional in manner. Their work was immaculate -- they were very careful of the other furniture in the home. There was no mess left behind and the results were fantastic. I will mark on my calendar for a yearly job from this company. We were extremely pleased with the work and the price.

Spot Free cleaned my carpets (including stairs) and a love seat.This is my third time using them and they are GREAT! Made the mistake of using Stanley one time and they are no where in comparison.Spot free is professional and leaves the carpet looking BEAUTIFUL!THANK YOU!

The spots that were cleaned by the company was great, However, not a single small piece of furniture was moved at all which basically left abunch of dirty patches around all the furniture. The carpets were so wet that after using every towel in the house to dry them better and turing on all the ceiling fans and 3 box fans, it still took two days to dry. the upstairs bedroom was supposed to have a deodorizer used but did not smell or seem any different than the other rooms that were cleaned. I rented a carpet cleaner and got better results in the two hours it took me to do it myself for half the price. The employee that left his card when he was done was Corey Johns.

"The first time this client put a report on here i got an A for punctuality now i get a C hmmm. I do not have a record of doing any job for him. If I did do a job for him all he had to do about the odor situation is call me and i would have gladly taken care of him. If theres a problem on a job I take care of it,period,but if a customer doesnt tell me they have a problem then I cannot fix the problem. I find it funny that we have a problem on a job ,and a customer I have no record of pops up,and says theres a problem on angies list,but not to me on the phone first.I am also disapointed that angies list would allow somebody to smear my good name without having them prove they were actually a customer.If the company wasnt talked to on the phone and given an oppurtunity to make good then how in the world should they be smeared?thats if I even did a job for him. As far as moving furniture goes the first time he posted a message on here he said it was the bedrooms that didnt get furniture moved and we post in our advertisement no bedroom furniture is moved. We put that near the pricing of our specials if he wanted furniture moved the thing to do would be to discuss that with mr johns when he was in the house,if we were even there and I can find no record of ever doing a job for mr tipton. If are work was great why wouldnt a person want us to come back and do great work in an area we missed?mr tipton did say the word great the first report i had taken down said we didnt do anything well.which is it? Did we do great or did we not do anything well? Seems to me this is a smear campaign from a competitor who has put somebody up to this.im going to contest this report with a vengence!"

Spot/free was amazing. On time, friendly and did a super job. I would recommend any service offered, but one stands out. Our tile and grout was a mess, had not been cleaned in about 5 years. they came in, sprayed the grout, scrubbed it with a brush and then finished with steam. We had people over the next week and they wanted to know when we purchased new tile. I am a customer for life.

Corey Johns (Owner/Operator) arrived promptly at the time agreed upon. He explained what he was going to do, how the system worked and the advantages of the methods he used. He was conscientious about extracting as much water as possible and did a good job of spot removal. I thought his pricing was relatively fair, but I didn't consider it cheap relative to the amount of time spent cleaning. Overall, the service was very good and I would recommend this vendor to everyone.
