I called Direct Service Overhead and immediately spoke with the owner who sent a technician, Jeremy, to the job site within an hour to provide a free estimate of the work required to fix the garage door. After receiving the estimate, I asked him to complete the job. He finished in about an hour. He was courteous and friendly. I would highly recommend this company.

Serviceman texted me before arriving and was prompt, professional & did quality work. Had to get a new garage system. The system he installed comes with WiFi and app capabilities. I did something wrong of course once he left to my garage door opener and he returned the next day to help with fixing my system and app on my phone. Very helpful and if I could give 10 stars I would!

All our technicians can do is tell you what is visibly damaged on the job site, and warn you that we can not guarantee that what is visibly damaged will work and for how long. If we do not point these things out while on site, it would appear that we are not doing our job correctly. I sincerely apologize that we made you feel as if we were trying to **trick you** but I assure you that was not our intention."
