Hello, Lavinia and I are best friends for over 25 years. We recently found ourselves unemployed at the same time. While we were talking one afternoon, we got on the subject how much better it was working for ourselves. Lavinia and I had worked together for New Penny maid service many years ago and then we both went into our own buisness of keeping houses for a few years. The both of us have moved on to different lines of work for about 15 years. Now we are trying to get business and do it all over again but with each other. We worked well together and trust one another to do a dynamic job. I personally have worked for some of the pickest ladies and had no problem pleasing them. We both have residental and commerical cleaning experience. We are hard working dependable mature women that you will find trustworthy to be in your home.

Services we offer
Our General clean includes dusting all furniture and items sitting on tables shelves, dusting of the blinds and hanging on the wall. Vaccuming all rooms, sweep and moping all hard surface floors. Cleaning bathrooms top to bottom. We will wash one load of linens (the dirty ones on the beds) and change your linens with the ones laid out. All trash will be taken out .Cleaning of glass doors. The first initial clean might include if needed washing finger prints of doors, switch plates and basebords.
