I bought a side board from them that was marked down, and they told me that it was marked down because it had been on the floor for a long time. Once the board got to our house it had a huge indent on the top of that. They told me that they would work with me once I called to complain. Then I tried to called them, and they would never return my phone calls. I then wrote to the Federal Business Bureau and they returned my calls two days later. After working it out with the Federal Business Bureau they agreed to pick back up the piece from me. I had to call and ask when they were going to pick it up. They were never going to tell us that they were coming to pick up the piece. They didn't want to give me the check when they were going to pick up the piece. After 14 months, I finally was able to get my money back. I would not recommend them.

Their prices are excellent, and they have a great selection of different styles. I give them A's straight across the board.

We ordered the bookcases on August 22nd, and we still have not received them. The salesman I was working with quit, but I know the order was made. We ordered them in white which was speciality, but we did not know would taken longer than your average order. The trouble is mostly with the manufacturer, but Hank's is not helping to resovle our issue. No one in the store seems to want to help us with the situation. Update: We ordered our bookcases and paid in full. The merchandise is inferior for the price we paid for it.
