Chose a bookcase from Landers Road store, North Little Rock, on Tuesday, December 21, 2010. Asked for a second, identical bookcase, and was told that it was available at the Little Rock store and could be shipped over the next day for my pickup. I paid for both bookcases. When I called the next day, I was told that the store manager knew nothing about the arrangement, and to call again on the third day. On the third day, I was told by the store manager that both bookcases would be available for my pickup in the late afternoon. When I went to the store at 4:30 pm, I was told that the bookcase from the Little Rock store was not there and to come back on Friday, December 24. When I objected and asked for a refund, the store manager became very rude and said that he had a new policy: that anything paid for that wasn't picked up when HE said it could be picked up would be forfeited with no refunds. I told him that the credit card company would not look very kindly on that, and he did agree to give me a refund, but not before making several unprofessional comments. I will NEVER go back.
