I took my vehicle into the dealership to have warranty work completed before the warranty ran out. The job went okay, but the serviceman was very rude and took a long time to finish my truck.

Their professionalism was good and responsiveness was good. We had some troubleshooting, noises in the vehicle, that they couldn't quite pin point but they said that if we continue to bring it back they were willing to work with us.

The price is a little expensive. They have recently remodeled the building and it is more accommodating to families with children. Rob is the service tech there and he is awesome. The staff is incredible. I will absolutely use them again.

I have had real good luck with Gwatney Chevrolet. Their service crew is fantastic. I am greeted nicely when I go in and everybody in the dealership is so friendly. They are more than willing to help me out with any problem I might have. They are great. It's tough to find a good dealership and Gwatney Chevrolet is great.

The experience was pretty good, they are pretty easy, quick, and the guys are quite friendly and everything. Actually, I will be calling on them before long to get something else done, so I will be using them again.

They are excellent people. Gwatney Chevrolet is a local business that has been a part of this community for many years. They make their customers feel like family. Their service department does what they say they will do and calls if they see more work needs to be done before they complete the extra work. If I ever have doubts about the work that was completed, I take my car back and they look over my car. It is a great service organization.
