I took my vehicle into the dealership to have warranty work completed before the warranty ran out. The job went okay, but the serviceman was very rude and took a long time to finish my truck.

I was recently in the market for a new truck and had been looking at new Chevrolet Trucks. After several weeks of research I decided to go with Gwatney. Called them on the phone to make sure the truck online was still available. The salesman told me it was and what the price would be. I then drove 30 minutes to the dealership and had to wait for 20 minutes for the salesman. After deciding that I wanted the truck and agreeing on a sales price and interest rate ( which they told me was prime for my score ) I had to run to the bank to have cashiers check made. I then went back to Gwatney and had to wait again for the paperwork. So I did all the paperwork and he gave me the contract last. I looked over the contract and found that the agreed price was now $3000 higher. When I asked what the difference was, they told me its because I was getting such a good rate, I had lost a couple of rebates. They tried to tell me "but your payment is still the same" That's because they had adjust the term of the loan. By the way, the great rate that I was getting was 7.9%. So I told them to shred the paperwork grabbed my check and went to Crain on Col. Glen. I got a lot better truck and they were able to get me 0% interest. Overall I was extremely disappointed in Gwatney and would warn anyone buying a car there to check their paperwork and make sure everything is the same.

Their professionalism was good and responsiveness was good. We had some troubleshooting, noises in the vehicle, that they couldn't quite pin point but they said that if we continue to bring it back they were willing to work with us.

The price is a little expensive. They have recently remodeled the building and it is more accommodating to families with children. Rob is the service tech there and he is awesome. The staff is incredible. I will absolutely use them again.

I have had real good luck with Gwatney Chevrolet. Their service crew is fantastic. I am greeted nicely when I go in and everybody in the dealership is so friendly. They are more than willing to help me out with any problem I might have. They are great. It's tough to find a good dealership and Gwatney Chevrolet is great.

The experience was pretty good, they are pretty easy, quick, and the guys are quite friendly and everything. Actually, I will be calling on them before long to get something else done, so I will be using them again.

They are excellent people. Gwatney Chevrolet is a local business that has been a part of this community for many years. They make their customers feel like family. Their service department does what they say they will do and calls if they see more work needs to be done before they complete the extra work. If I ever have doubts about the work that was completed, I take my car back and they look over my car. It is a great service organization.
