TRADER BILL'S OUTDOOR SPORTS

I called them to inquire about their services, prices, and whether they worked on my type of boat. The discussion went pretty well. I was told that the battery would be disconnected from the boat's electrical system and should be charged occasionally over the winter. I made an appointment to have the work done. I dropped off the boat and reviewed what was to be done. When I picked the boat up, I was again told that the battery would be disconnected. I wish the service person had gone over all the work that was done (I'd asked for, and paid for, winterization, new spark plugs, an oil change, and a few other things). A few weeks later I went to charge the battery and found that it was still completely connected to the boat. That makes me doubt whether the other work was done as promised. Also, there was a scratch on the boat that I did not recall being there before I took it to Trader Bill's.
