ENTERPRISE RENT-A-CAR

This has been an extremely unpleasant experience, both financially and in dealing with their lack of customer service.  I will not be using Enterprise in any state again.

UPDATE:
It took over 3 months of constantly calling this company, receiving no replies, and talking to the head office 3 times to get this resolved.  I finally went through my credit card company to get a refund...minor in comparison to what I would ultimately pay.  Enterprise told them that they had cleaned the pad to my satisfaction (a complete fabrication).  I called the head office yet again to discuss what they had told my credit card company and they immediately offered partial refund.  I refused and said that I would only accept a cleaning of the stains - now well set into the concrete - or a complete refund.  They decided to refund the money.  I am out an additional $800 as I had to pay $1500 to have someone clean the entire pad to remove the stain and even out the color.  This is not a company I would ever do business with again.  Do not believe the "we'll do anything to keep our customers happy" commercial.  It's a farce.
